TheneedtocovertheringroadatthePortedesLilasanswerstoadesireexpressedbypeopletofinallybeabletoenjoyaproperqualityoflifeandafriendlyurbanenvironment.Basicallythepopulationwantedanareawhereitwouldbepossibletowalk,haveagarden,play,andfindbothnatureandquietness.

为了回应市民对于享受到一个舒适质量的生活和一个友好的城市环境的愿望，这个在PortedesLilas的项目覆盖了该地区的所有环形道路。

基本上，人们都在寻求一个可以散步，有花园，可以游玩，自然且安静的环境。

ThecityofPariswaswillingtorebuildanurbanlinkorrelationshipwithneighbourhoodcitiesofLilasandPréSaintGervais,installabushubandhostapermanentcircus.Theprojectisdesignedtoconnectthetwosidesoftheringroadandfocusontheuseforpedestriansandbicycles,withoutremovingcartrafficfromthepériphérique.

巴黎的城市试图通过建造一个公交枢纽并且建造一个永久的环形广场与Lilas和PréSaintGervais周边城市建立联系，这个项目将会涉及双边的环形通道并且关注人行道和自行车使用，同时不会移除汽车等交通工具的外围设备。

ThecityofParishasgiventheSEMAVIP（publicandprivatecompany）thedevelopmentmissionoftheareaofthePortedesLilas.Ateamofurbanplannersandlandscapearchitectsidentified,incollaborationwiththeneighbourhoodassociations,aprogramthatwouldfitforthisarea.Theydefinedthepositionandsizeofthegarden,thepositionofthebushubandthelocationofthecircus.Theyalsodefinedtheprinciplesofpedestrianroutes.Acontestbetweenseverallanscapearchitectswaslaunchedin2004.TERRITORIESwonthecontestin2005.

巴黎的城市给了SEMAVIO（公共和私有公司）一个发展PortedesLilas这个区域的任务。

一个由城市规划师和景观设计师组成的小组将会与社区团体合作，为这个区域建立一个合适项目方案。

他们确定了公园的位置与大小，公交枢纽的位置以及环形广场的位置，同时也确定了人行道的基本路线。

2004年由多家景观事务所参与了此次竞赛，最后在2005年TERRITORIES拔得头筹。

Theprojectarguesthatthenatureliveswithinthecityandthatitisindeedfeasibletofurtheritsdevelopmentatseveralscales.Thecapstoneoftheringroadandtheroofsofthebuildingsaroundbecomerainwaterprovidersforthegardenbyfillingthecenterpond.Themanagementofthegardenwillallowtheplantsbroughtbythewindoftheringroadtoexpandandmodifyitscomposition.Awideandsmoothfootpath,thatwecalledlaficelle（thethread）,willconnectthetwosidesfollowingasimpleandfluidroute.Finally,abelvedere（viewpoint）ofParisgeographyandofthetrafficontheringroadwillbebuilt.Wedidn’twanttohide.Wewantedtoreconciliate.

这个项目表明自然融入在城市之中，并且对于城市在各个规模上的长远发展确实是有益的。

环形路的顶点和周围建筑的屋顶成为了花园中心池塘的雨水提供者，花园的管理允许其中的植物顺着环形路的风向成长，从而修剪其组成样式。

一条宽广而光滑的人行道，我们称其为laficelle（线性），将会以简单而流畅的路径方式连接两边的区域。

最后，巴黎地理和交通环道上的一个belvedere（视点）也在建造范围内，我们不需要将其隐藏，我们想要使其与环境和谐。

Theprojectorganizesthegardenaroundalargeopenspaceinthecenter,thatmatchesthelayoutofthedevice.Thevegetationisconcentratedonbothsides.Thecentralspaceisdedicatedtothelawnandthemeadowisleftfree.Thegardensarelocatedalongtheaxisthatlinkstheboulevardtothepointofview.Thepondinthecenteristheplacetoharvestrainwaterinadditiontoalargeundergroundtank.Thankstothepond,thegardencanbegrownandshown,anddevelopalivingenvironment.Oneachside,underthetrees,laytheotherfunctionsofthegarden（children’sgames,readingroom,homeofthegardeners…）.

这个项目组织了在中心大面积开放空间的广场，将其与布置过的设备相匹配。

两边都种上了植物，中心广场致力于草地，以及草地的自由布置。

中心的池塘收集雨水到一个地下大型的罐体里。

多亏了池塘，这个花园可以生长，展示以及发展一种生活环境。

在每一边树的下面，布置了其他的功能（儿童游戏室、阅览室、园丁房）

Allthesefunctionsareconnectedbythe“Ficelle”thatdrawsmanylacesbetweenParisandLesLilas.Thenatureinthegardenisnotdecorative.Itcorrespondstoasituation.Theprojectimplementstheconditionsforitsdevelopment,asvariedaspossible.Eachareaofthegardenisanewoptiontodragtheplant,evenonthewallsalongthe“Ficelle”.

所有的这些功能都是由“串”，就是巴黎和LesLilas之间联系。

天然的花园是不经装饰的，它是对场地的回应。

该项目为了场地的发展利用了所有的条件，每一个花园都是一个采用不同的植物，甚至沿着墙的“串”。

Thegardenisstillyoung.Fornowpeoplearediscoveringwithdelighttheopportunitytofindanareaofpeaceclosetotheirhome.Thegardensbythemselvesareagreatexperience.Itisarealrevolutionfortheresidentslifestyleandlifespace.Everydaytheygothroughthegardeninordertocrosstheringroad,evenifitlengthenstheirjourney.Peoplewilltryallsortsofactivities,fromdawntodusk.

这个花园还在初始阶段，对于现在的人来说，很容易找到一块和他们的家非常相似的土地。

这些花园本身就是一种很大的体验，对于居住生活方式和生活空间来说是一次真正的变革。

每天居民穿过花园经过环境走道，即使这样会绕些远路。

人们从清晨开始在这里举办各式各样的活动，直到黄昏来临。

Duringthenight,thegardenisclosed.Thereisonlyaverysoftlight.WeaskedtoreducetheamountoflightmorethanusualinParis,iordertoallowthegarden,andthepeoplearound,torest,abovethe“périph’”.

在夜间，花园将会关闭，仅仅会存在一些柔和的灯光。

我们要求灯光量要比巴黎正常的灯光量小，人们可以在花园周围的“设备”上休息。
