　　为什么你干不成一番大事业

　　Iwanttodiscusswithyouthisafternoonwhyyou'regoingtofailtohaveagreatcareer.（Laughter）

　　今天下午我想和你们讨论一下你为什么不会成就伟业。

（笑声）

　　I'maneconomist.Idodismal.Endoftheday,it'sreadyfordismalremarks.Ionlywanttotalktothoseofyouwhowantagreatcareer.Iknowsomeofyouhavealreadydecidedyouwantagoodcareer.You'regoingtofail,too—（Laughter）—because—Goodness,you'reallcheeryaboutfailing.（Laughter）Canadiangroup,undoubtedly.（Laughter）Thosetryingtohavegoodcareersaregoingtofail,because,really,goodjobsarenowdisappearing.Therearegreatjobsandgreatcareers,andthentherearethehigh-workload,high-stress,bloodsucking,soul-destroyingkindsofjobs,andpracticallynothinginbetween.
