Themain

Buildingroofwaterproofengineeringaccordingtoitsstructureisdividedintotwocategories:

structuresincethewaterproofandwaterprooflayerofwaterproof.Structuresincethedensityofwaterproofmainlydependonthestructureofthematerialitselfandsomestructuralmeasures(suchasaslope,embeddingwater-stop),makeitshavewaterproofeffect;Waterproofmembraneisinthestructureandcomponentstomeetthewaterorthebacksurfaceoftheseamsandadditionalwaterproofmaterial,waterprooflayer,waterproofeffect,suchasthecoiledmaterialwaterproof,waterproofcoating,rigidwaterprooflayer,etc.

1Commonreasonsofroofleakage

1.1Roofingwaterproofdesignstillhastousethestandardatlasofinvalidorproductatlasofthephenomenon,thearchitectureandstructureneedclearpart,thefocusofthewaterproofdesigndepthisnotenough,thenodeisunknown.

1.2Lackofproductwhenadoptingnewmaterial,newprocessandtechnologycertification,notablyanti-aging,durability,andtechnicalqualityindexisnotvagueandimproperuseDirectlyinfluencetheeffectofroofwaterproofengineeringandlongevity.

1.3Roofengineeringcannotbewellcombinedwiththestructuraldeformation,temperaturedeformation,foundationsettlement,stressconcentrationpartssuchaswaterproofandspecialdesign,especiallyrigidwaterproofroof.

1.4Sloperoofandgutterdrainage,drainagelinesanddrainpipeflowdesignisunreasonable,roofingdrainagenotfree,causeroofseriouswater,sothattheleakage.

2.1Waterproofcoiledmaterialroofingconstruction

Waterproofcoiledmaterialroofingreferstousingadhesivematerialpasteflexiblecoilinroofatthegrass-rootslevel,toformawholepieceofimpermeablelayer,whichhavetheeffectofwaterproof.

2.1.1Waterproofcoiledmaterialcommonlyusedmaterials

2.1.2Feltwaterproofingconstructiontechnology

Thegeneralconstructiontechnologicalprocessofcoiledmaterialwaterprooflayerforcleaning,repairandgrassroots(screed-coat)surface→Sprayingandcoatingtreatmentatthelocallevel→Nodeadditionallayerenhancementprocessing→Trypositioning,springline,shop,theshopisstuckcoil→Sealingheadprocessing,node→Clean,inspectandadjust→Protectivelayerconstruction.

2.1.3ConstructionNoteswaterproofmembrane

1)avarietyofwaterproofingmembraneisstrictlyprohibitedintherain,snowconstruction,notconstructionwhenfiveandabovewind,ambientairtemperatureisbelow5℃,notconstructiontime.Ifconstructionmidwayrain,snow,shouldbepreparedtohavepavedmembranesurroundingprotectionwork.

2)Whensummerconstruction,roofing,ifwetwithdew,youshouldletitdrybeforeStonesrollandavoidconstructionathighsun.

3)Measuresshouldbetakentoensuretheaccuracyofthetemperatureofasphaltbinderandvariousadhesivesweighingingredients.

4)waterproofmembranelayerlevelinglayershallcomplywiththequalityrequirementsbeforelayingmembrane,screedmustbecleananddry.

5)Stonesrollshouldexcludeairbetweenthemembraneandthegrass-rootsandrollsolidpaste.Stonesrollshouldbesmoothandstraight,lapsizeandaccurate,nottwisted,wrinkled.

2.2.3Theprotectivecoatinglayerconstruction.

Waterproofcoatinglayeraftercompletionofconstructionqualityinspectionshouldbecarriedoutconstructionoftheprotectivelayer.Commonlyusedintheprotectivelayercoatingmaterialssand,micaorvermiculiteprotectivelayer,alight-coloredreflectivecoatingprotectivelayer,aprotectivelayerofprefabricatedbulkmaterials,cementmortarprotectivelayeroffineaggregateconcreteprotectivelayer.Whenusingsand,micaorspreadingmaterialsuchasvermiculiteasprotectivelayer,shouldweedoutthepowder,thelasttimeinthepaintcoating,sidespreadingevenlycoatedsideshouldnotbeopenattheend,thenrollcement,afterspreadingthematerialtobedriedremoveexcess.Whendonewithlightreflectivecoatingprotectivelayershouldbecuredaftercoating.Whenusingprefabricatedbulkmaterials,cementmortar,made​​offinestoneconcreteprotectivelayerconstructionmethodandthesameprotectivelayerwaterproofmembrane.

2.3.2sub-latticeseamindwelling

Inordertoreducethetemperature,concreteshrinkage,creep,loadandvibration,subsidenceandothergrounddeformationcausedbycrackingrigidwaterprooflayerdesignrequirementsshouldbesetsub-latticeseam.Whenthedesignisnosuchrequirementshallberetainedbythefollowingprinciples:

sub-latticeseamroofshouldbelocatedonthesupportside,theturningpointoftheroof,theroofwaterprooflayerstructurewithprominentjunctionandshouldbealignedwiththeslab;dividingjointaspectspacednotmorethan6m,or"oneasub-grid",theareadoesnotexceed36m2.Widthoftheslitispreferablyseparatedby5~30mm.Beforepo
