自信

自信,成功的源泉.有了自信,你才会变得坚强.有了自信,你才会有机会的成功.有了自信,你的生活才会变得充实.为了自己,充满信心,做一个有目标有自信的人，在忙碌中去能感受太阳的温馨，生活的七彩光环，自信能让人体验出人生的内涵。

培养自信的方式有很多：

（1）尽量独立：

独立，是自信的基础，也是自信的来源。

承担自己的责任，是培养自信的第一步。

（2）掌握一项技能：

有一技傍身的人，任何时候都不容易露怯。

（3）长期积累知识：

自信的来源在于自己掌握的知识，一个学识丰富的人，即使性格内向，少言寡语，很少和身边的人接触，他也不会认为自己被他人轻视。

因为，他有傲视他人的本钱。

（4）做足事前功夫：

俗话说，笨鸟先飞。

做足事前功夫，将会使人面对困难胸有成竹

（5）培养从容态度：

说话时，要正视别人的眼睛;走路时，昂首阔步;保持微笑，让别人看到你的信心……这样，别人才会更加相信你，你也能从中得到更多自信。

（6）敢于表现自己：

在公共活动场合，尽量坐到前排;在讨论问题的时候，尽量发表自己的观点;尽量报名参加一些集体活动，不论是野游还是探险……要给他人一个印象：

也许我做的不是最好，但，我敢于尝试，我在不断进步。

对于敢于突破自己的人，旁人往往不吝自己的掌声。

自信，可以说是英雄人物诞生的孵化器，一个个略带征服性的自信造就了一批批传奇式人物。

然而，自信不仅仅造就英雄，也成为平常人人生的必需，缺乏自信的人生，我相信必是不完整的人生。

我自己也有深刻体会。

因为我的心灵有一种信念在支撑着我，那就是成功、我要成功，所以，我的人生之路一直走得很好。

这一切的结果，决定于我自己坚定的信心，坚韧不拔的意志。
