Selfconfidenceisanimportantquality.Itisconnectedwithbettergrades,moresatisfyingpersonalrelationships,andgreaterselfcontrol.Selfconfidenceisdevelopedfromskills,experiences,treatmentbyothersandthefrequencyofsuccessesandfailures.But,selfconfidenceisalsoaffectedbysomethingassimpleashowyoucarryyourselfasyougoaboutyourdailylives.Ifyoubehavemoreselfconfidently,youfeelmoreselfconfident.Herearesomedirectinstructionsthatwillhelpyouachieveit.

Tostartwith,standtallandstraightwithyourshouldersback.Thisisparticularlyimportantforteenagegirls.Theywillneedtobalancebeingconfidentintheirbodieswhilelearningtodealwithinappropriate(不当的)reactionstheygetfromsomepeople.

Selfconfidentpeoplestandandwalkwiththeirhandsoutandtothesideofthebody.Someinterestingresearchhasprovidedevidencethatplacingyourhandsonyourhips(臀部)resultsingreaterconfidenceanddecisivenessinbusinesssituations.Thisissometimesreferredtoasthesuperheroposture.Beforeyouareabouttojoininanactivitywhereselfconfidenceisrequired,standlikeasuperherowithyourheadheldhigh,youreyesfocusedonthehorizon(地平线)andyourhandsonyourhips.Itcanfeelkindofsillybutwillmakeadifferenceinyourattitudeandbehavior.

Finally,youneedtoknowhowyouactuallywalk.Selfconfidentpeoplewalkwithapurposefulstride(大步).Theytakesolidstepswiththeirheadup,lookingwheretheyaregoingandmakingdirecteyecontact(接触)withpeopletheymeet.
