Onepatientwasoperated yesterdayasemergencysurgery.

Thereisoneemergencycasefromyesterday’sshift.

XXX,70-year-oldman,withintrathoracichemorrhageontherightside,underwentthoracoscopichemostasisundergeneralanesthesia yesterday.Theanestheticprocesswas successful,rapidinduction,withnointermittentpositivepressureventilation,7.5#tube,22cmdepth,once.Theoperationwassuccessfulandthepatientwassend transferredtoICUat12:

30pm.Intensivecaremanagementsincludingoxygeninhalation,bedsideelectrocardiographysupervisionmonitoringandintravenoustransfusionwereconducted.Uptonow,thepatient’srespirationwassmooth,heartrate80to92/minbpm,bloodpressure123-142/62-80mmHgandSO2（saturation）96-100%.
