First,HRhastomakesurepeopleareletgobytheirmanagers,notstrangers.Beingfiredisdehumanizinginanyevent,buttogetthenewsfroma“hiredgun”onlymakesmattersworseThat’swhyHRmustensurethatmanagersaccpttheirduty,whichistobeinontheoneconversationatworkthatmustbepersonal.Pinkslipsshouldbedeliveredface-to-face,eyeball-to-eyeball.Second,HR’sroleistoserveathecompany’sarbiterofequiy.Nothingraiseshacklesmore
