一、总体评价
2013年辽宁省普通高中学生学业水平考试试题的命制,依据了《2013年辽宁省普通高中学生学业水平〈考试大纲〉及〈考试说明〉》,以及辽宁省教育厅提出的“有利于规范普通高中办学行为;有利于促进学生全面发展;有利于普通高中开足、开齐课程;有利于深化普通高中课程改革,提高教学是质量”的指导思想,注重对英语基础知识、基本技能、基本思想方法的考查,符合课程标准的要求。
试题设计科学、合理、答案准确、简洁,试题素材和解答对所有考生公平。
同时,充分考虑城乡、区域教学条件的差异,杜绝了偏题、怪题及超纲题目达到了基础性、科学性、公平性、客观性及人文性的统一。
全省英语试卷成绩数据统计
从各分数段人数分布图可以看出,个分数段的人数分布基本呈正态分布。
及格人数为85.5619%,图中突出的单峰分值分别是0分、92分和93分,0分人数峰值应当是空白卷。
以上数据按照命题要求易、中、难8:
1:
1的比例,进一步认证了本试卷是一份以考查基础知识和基本技能为目标,具有一定的区分度机及效度,达到了高中学生学业水平考试墓地的优秀试卷。
二、试题特点
1、注重基础性
整篇试卷处处体现对英语基础知识、基本技能的考核,强调语言的实际应用。
内容覆盖合理,测试目标明确。
试题在考查基础知识和基本技能的基础上,突出语篇及语境。
注重对考生分析问题、理解问题的能力以及综合运用语言能力的考查。
重点考查七级目标要求的内容,无偏题、怪题。
大多试题源于教材,贴近课标,贴近学生实际生活,图文并茂。
2、体现科学性
试卷中阅读语篇体裁广泛,题材丰富,所选取文章内容既有涉及社会交往、兴趣爱好、日常生活等和学生生活密切相关的记叙文,也有涉及科学文化、风俗习惯及科普等方面的说明文,还有涉及学习方法、美化心灵方面的议论文。
设题严谨,选题地道,文章多选自国外原版书籍,保留了语言的原汁原味,且涵盖丰富的信息资源,注重学习策略的渗透。
学生可以通过阅读了解生活,了解社会,了解世界。
3、力求公平性
试题命制充分考虑了两种版本(外研版、人教版)教材的差异,所选取的题材是两个版本教材都涉及的相同话题。
同时也考虑了地域差异,城乡区别,以及不同层次学校学生学生学业水平之间的差异,力求做到公平公正。
试题知识点覆盖面广,考点具有代表性,充分考虑了全省考试的英语学习现状。
4、凸显人文性
试题体现了对考生情感态度、文化意识等综合人文素养的考查。
试题的命制融入了时代元素及学生感兴趣的话题,所选阅读题材贴近学生生活注重对学生进行情感道德方面的启迪和引导
Ⅱ.试题分析
一、单项填空基础性+覆盖面+语境化
单项填空试题突出了语言基础知识,覆盖面广,侧重了词法和句法的运用能力和考查,同时融入了学生感兴趣的具有时代元素的话题。
单项填空的15个小题中,词法占了10个,包括冠词、形容词、副词、情态动词、介词、代词、名词、动词、动词词组、连词等;局发的考查也是很基础而时态、雨天、非谓语动词、定语从句、交际英语等。
试题的命制不是单纯地考查语法,而是注重考查学生在一定的语言环境下理解话语中词汇表达的不同功能、意义和态度,符合考纲提出的能力立意要求,能检测出学生的基本语言运用能力。
