1.1Basicconstructionconditionsofbuildingfoundations
1.1.1Geotechnicalexplorationdataofrockandearthengineering.
1.1.2Thedesigndocumentandothertechnicaldocumentsareavailable,theconstructiondrawingshavebeenjointlycheckedup,thenecessarytechnicaldeliveryandtraininghavebeenaccomplished.
1.2Earthwork
1.2.1Generalrequirement:
(1)Balancecalculationonexcavatingandfillingshouldbeaccomplishedbeforeearthworkconstruction,consideringminimumtransportingdistance,reasonabletransportingpathandreasonableconstructionprocedureandotherfactorssynthetically,properlyallocatetheearthwork,reducerepeatedexcavationandtransportation.
(2)Grounddrainageanddewateringshouldbedonebeforeexcavation
(3)Thegradientofthesitesurfaceshouldbeinaccordancewithdesigningrequirement,ifwithoutspecificrequirement,thegradientofdrainagedirectionshouldnotbelessthan2‰.Thesitesurfaceshouldbecheckedperpoint.Setonecheckingpointevery100~400m2,andcheckpointsshouldnotbelessthan10points;set1pointevery20matlength,widthandedgeslope,notlessthan1pointeachside.
(4)Theplanposition,levelelevationandsideslopegradeshouldbemeasuredoftenduringearthworkconstruction.Reliableprotectingmeasurementshouldbeappliedtoplan-controlpilingandlevel-controlpoint,andcheckorreviewshouldbedoneperiodically.Soilshouldn’tbeplacedattheedgeoffoundationpit.
1.2.2Excavationofsoil:
(1)Beforeexcavation,setting-out,drainageanddewateringshouldbechecked,andtransportingroadofvehiclesanddumpareaofsoilshouldbearrangedreasonably.
(2)Theconstructionscheme,environmentprotectingmeasurementandsupervisionschemeshouldbeworkedoutaccordingtoexcavatingdepth,geologicalconditions,constructionmethod,environment,projectperiod,climateandgroundloadingandotherinformation,andtheexcavationoffoundationpit(groove)andundergroundpipingtrenchshouldapprovedbygeneralcontractorbeforeexcavation.
(3)Checkplanposition,horizontalelevation,gradeofsideslope,compactness,,drainage,dewateringsystemduringconstruction,andobserveenvironmentalchangesfromtimetotime.
(4)Sideslopevalueoftemporaryearthworkexcavationshouldbeinaccordancewiththerequirementofthefollowingtable1:

1.2.3Backfilloftheearthwork
(1)Clearawaygarbage,rootandothersundriesatbottom,takeoutseepageandsilt,andcheckandacceptbottombeforebackfilling..Backfillonploughedsoilorsoftsoilshouldbemadeafterthefoundationhasbeencompacteddensely.
(2)Checkdrainagemeasurement,fillingthicknessofeachlayer,water-containingcontrolandcompactdegreeduringbackfilling,Thefillingthicknessandcompacttimesshouldbedeterminedbysoiltexture,compactcoefficientandappliedequipment.Ifwithoutexperimentalbasis,theninaccordancewithrequirementoffollowingtable3:

1.2.8Preparationofpilingwork:
(1)MeasurementofcontrolnetworkandFoundationpointoflevel:
(thepermissibledeviationofpilingpositionis:
20mmforgrouppiling,10mmforsingle-linedpiling.
(2)Ifbuildingsexistnearby,anti-shocktrench(withwidthof0.5-0.8mm)andothershock-isolatingmeasurementshouldbeappliedtodecreasetheinfluencetothem.
(3)Determinepilingsequence:
generallyproceedfromcentertobothsymmetricsidesorinonedirection,fromcentertothearound,fromdeeptoshallow,frombigtosmallandfromlongtoshort.
(4)Checkpillingmechanism:
(a)Settingmeasuringscaleatsidesorframeofthepiling;
(b)Settingspringpadbetweenhammerandpilingcap,pilingcapandpiling,suchashardwood,sack,mat,etc.
(5)Forpilesoflargelengthorsubjecttomorethan500timesofhammering,hammeringcannotbedoneuntilcheckedthepilebodystrengthisqualifiedandafter28daysagingtime.
1.3Middlecontrolofpilingwork:
1.3.1Liftingcontrolofpre-madepiling:
theconcretepre-madepilingshouldonlybeliftedtillthestrengthofwhichislargerthan70%designvalue,andbetransportedtillthestrengthofwhichisupto100%designvalue.
1.3.2Processcontrolofpiling:
(1)Heavyhammerandlowbeating;
(2)Theclearancebetweenpilingcapanditscircumstanceshouldbe5~10mm;
(3)Pilinghammer,pilingcapandpilingbodyshallbeonthesamecenterline;
(4)Thedeviationofverticalityatpilinginsertingshouldnotexceed0.5%;
(5)Whenpilingtipisintohardclayorsandysoil,focusoncontrollingtheinsertingotherthanthedesignedpiletopelevation.Whenpilingtipentersintosoftsoil,focusoncontrollingpiletopelevationotherthaninsertingdepth.However,theimplementationshallfollowtherequirementsofdesigndrawings.
(6)Whenreachingtheinsertingdepthbutnotthedesignedtopelevation,hammer3groupsmorewith10strokesineachgroupandinsertingdepthofeachgroupshallnotexceedthedesigneddatatoverify.Thecontrolledinsertingdepthshallbedefinedwithrelatedorganizationswhennecessary.
(7)Suspendpilingincaseofthefollowingconditions,whilereporttosupervisorintime:
(a)Sharpchangeofinserting;
(b)Suddeninclining/shiftingorseriousreboundingofpile.
(c)Severecrackorcrashoccurredatpiletoporpilebody.
1.3.3Controlofpileconnection:
(1)Theweldingmaterialshallmeetthefollowingregulationsincaseofweldingconnectionandsteelsheetshallbeoflowcarbonsteel.
(2)Whenapplyweldingconnection,fixfouranglesfirstlywithspotwelding,thenweldsymmetrically,whileensurequalityandsizeofwelding.
(3)RefertoTable5forqualityofweldingofpileconnection.
