Abstract:

Numericalcontroltechnologyisthetechnologycontrolledtomechanicalmovementandworkingcoursewithdigitalinformation,integratedproductsofelectromechanicsthatthenumericalcontrolequipmentisthenewtechnologyrepresentedbynumericalcontroltechnologyformstothemanufactureindustryofthetraditionandinfiltrationofthenewdevelopingmanufacturingindustry,namelytheso-calleddigitizationisequipped,itstechnologicalrangecoversalotoffields:

(1)Mechanicalmanufacturingtechnology;

(2)Informationprocessing,processing,transmissiontechnology;(3)Automaticcontroltechnology;(4)Servodrivetechnology;(5)Technologyofthesensor;(6)Softwareengineering,etc.

Developmenttrendofanumericalcontroltechnology

Theapplicationofnumericalcontroltechnologyhasnotonlybroughttherevolutionarychangetomanufacturingindustryofthetradition,makethemanufacturingindustrybecometheindustrializedsymbol,andwiththeconstantdevelopmentofnumericalcontroltechnologyandenlargementoftheapplication,thedevelopmentofsomeimportanttrades(IT,automobile,lightindustry,medicaltreatment,etc.)tothenationaleconomyandthepeople'slivelihoodofhisplaysamoreandmoreimportantrole,becausethedigitizationthatthesetradesneededtoequiphasalreadybeenthemaintrendofmoderndevelopment.

Numericalcontroltechnologyintheworldatpresentandequippingthedevelopmenttrendtosee,thereisthefollowingseveralrespect[1-]initsmainresearchfocus.1Ahigh-speed,highfinishmachiningtechnologyandnewtrendequipped

Theefficiency,qualityaresubjavanufacturingtechnology.High-speed,highfinishmachiningtechnologycanraisetheefficiencygreatly,improvethequalityandgradeoftheproducts,shortenproductioncycleandimprovethemarketcompetitivepower.Japancarriesthetechnologicalresearchassociationfirsttoclassifyitasoneofthe5greatmodernmanufacturingtechnologiesforthis,learn(CIRP)toconfirmitasthecentreinthe21stcenturyandstudyoneofthedirectionsininternationalproductionengineering.

Inthefieldofcarindustry,produceonesecondwhenbeatsuchasproductionof300,000/vehicleperyear,andmanyvarietyprocessitiscarthatequipkeyproblemthatmustbesolvedoneof;Inthefieldsofaviationandaerospaceindustry,sparepartsofitsprocessingaremostlythethinwallandthinmuscle,rigidityisverybad,thematerialisaluminiumoraluminiumalloy,onlyinasituationthatcutthespeedandcutstrengthverysmallhigh,couldprocessthesemuscles,walls.Adoptlarge-scalewholealuminiumalloymethodthatblank"payempty"makethewingrecently,suchlarge-scalepartsasthefuselage,etc.cometosubstitutealotofpartstoassemblethroughnumerousrivet,screwandotherconnectionway,maketheintensity,rigidityanddependabilityofthecomponentimproved.Allthese,toprocessingandequippingthedemandwhichhasproposedhigh-speed,highpreciseandhighflexibility.

AccordingtoEMO2001exhibitionsituation,high-speedmachiningcenterisitgivespeedcanreach80m/minisevenhigh,airtransportcompetentspeedcanupto100m/mintobeabouttoenter.Alotofautomobilefactoriesintheworldatpresent,includingShanghaiGeneralMotorsCorporationofourcountry,havealreadyadoptedandsubstitutedandmadethelatheupwiththeproductionlinepartthatthehigh-speedmachiningcentermakesup.HyperMachlatheofU.S.A.CINCINNATICompanyenterstonearlybiggest60m/minofspeed,itis100m/mintobefast,theaccelerationreaches2g,therotationalspeedofthemainshafthasalreadyreached60000r/min.Processingathinwallofplaneparts,spend30minonly,andsamepartgeneralatahighspeedmillingmachineprocessandtake3h,theordinarymillingmachineisbeingprocessedtoneed8h;ThespeedandaccelerationofmainshaftofdualmainshaftlathesofGermanyDMGCompanyareupto120000r/mmand1g.

Inmachiningaccuracy,thepast10years,ordinaryprogressionaccuseofmachiningaccuracyoflathebring5μmuptofrom10μmalready,accurategradesofmachiningcenterfrom3~5μm,riseto1~1.5μm,andultraprecisionmachiningaccuracyisitenternanometergradetobeginalready(0.01μm).

Independability,MTBFvalueoftheforeignnumericalcontroldevicehasalreadyreachedabove6000h,MTBFvalueoftheservosystemreachesabove30000h,demonstrateveryhighdependability.

Inordertorealizehigh-speed,highfinishmachining,ifthepartoffunctionrelatedtoitiselectricmainshaft,straightlineelectricalmachinerygetfastdevelopment,theapplicationisexpandedfurther.1.2Linkandprocessandcompoundtoprocessthefastdevelopmentofthelathein5axes

Adopt5axlestolinktheprocessingofthethree-dimensionalcurvedsurfacepart,cancutwiththebestgeometryformofthecutter,notonlyhighlypolished,butalsoefficiencyimprovesbyalargemargin.Itisgenerallyacknowledged,theefficiencyofan5axlegearbedscanequal23axlegearbeds,isitwaitfortousethecubicnitrogenboronthemillingcutterofultrahardmaterialismilledandparedatahighspeedwhilequenchingthehardsteelpart,5axleslinkandprocess3constantaxlestolinkandprocessandgiveplaytohigherbenefit.Becausesuchreasonsascomplicatedthat5axleslinkthenumericalcontrolsystem,hostcomputerstructurethatbutgoover,itisseveraltimeshigherthatitspricelinksthenumericalcontrollathethan3axles,inadditionthetechnologicaldegreeofdifficultyofprogrammingisrelativelygreat,haverestrictedthedevelopmentof5axlegearbeds.

Atpresentbecauseofelectricappearanceofmainshaft,isitrealize5axlecomplexmainshafthairstructureprocessedtolinkgreatlysimplifytomake,itmakesdegreeofdifficultyandreducingbyalargemarginofthecost,thepricedisparityofthenumericalcontrolsystemshrinks.Sopromoted5axlegearbedsofheadofcomplexmainshaftandcompoundtoprocessthedevelopmentofthelathe(processthelatheincluding5).

AtEMO2001exhibition,newJapanese5ofworkermachineprocesslatheadoptcomplexmainshafthair,canrealizetheprocessingof4verticalplanesandprocessingofthewantonangle,make5timesprocessand5axlesareprocessedandcanberealizedonthesamelathe,canalsorealizetheinclinedplaneandpourtheprocessingoftheholeofawls.GermanyDMGCompanyexhibitstheDMUVoutionseriesmachiningcenter,butputandinsertandputprocessingand5axles5timestolinkandprocessinonce,canbecontrolledbyCNCsystemorCAD/CAMiscontrolleddirectlyorindirectly.
