1目的PURPOSE

为了能让红外线测试按照统一的标准和方法执行，严格控制生产过程中不良组件的产生，提高产品质量。

InordertocarryonunifiedstandardandscientificmethodaboutELtesting.maketheEL–Testingjudgmentnormalizationtocontrolmodulesqualityeffectivelyinthecompany.Becausetherearenotyetuniformconclusionforthedetectingandevaluatingofeltestingatthehomeandabroad.

2适用范围SCOPEOFAPPLICATION

公司目前生产的单、多晶硅太阳能电池组件。

ThisisapplicabletotheELtestingofallproductsinZNshineGroup（monomoduleandpolymodule）

3职责权限LIMITSOFAUTHORITY

3.1技术部制定组件EL红外测试仪检验规范。

3.2由公司生产部负责指派专人实际操作、质量部负责监督。

ImpellingtheimplementationofELstandardmanagementinproductiondepartment.Qualitydepartmentisresponsibleforsupervisionnegative.

4测试方法TESTMETHOD

4.1单块太阳能电池组件，如果工作电流超过4A，则组件测试选用5A电流测试

Persolarpanel,ifoperatingcurrentisgreaterthan4A,thenwewillselectanduse5AtoELtesting

4.2所有测试数据，测试条件，测试结果均要详细记录，以备查询。

ALLtestdata,testcondition,testresultmustbedetail,andbeasdetailedaspossible.

5注意事项MATTERSNEEDATTENTION

5.1测试仪工作环境温度：

25℃±3℃；湿度：

20～70%RH

Workenvironment:

temperature25℃±3℃;humidity20～70%RH

5.2测试电流选择要适当，防止电流过高导致EVA融化

Voltageshouldbesuitable;itcanpreventexcessivecurrentmeltingofevafromhappening.

5.3暗箱内要保证无光线

Makesurethecamerabellowshasnolight

6检验标准Inspectionstandard

6.1太阳能电池组件合格品：

EL测试没有任何问题；

Goodsolarmodules:

EL-Testingwithoutproblem

6.2不同等级的电池片相混：

Differentcellclassesinonesolarmodule

主要特征：

个别电池片的性能/亮度明显不同Obviousdifferentactivity/brightnessofindividualcells

如果组件功率合格，曲线图正常接受：

6.3电池片发黑

主要特征：

电池片边缘会呈现L黑色线状：

一块组件中L状边缘黑片≤10pcs电池片，面积正常小于电池片的1/12允许接受：

6.4隐裂Micro-Cracks/breaks

主要特征：

由外力导致电池片上出现隐裂：

6.5不明原因失效片Inactivecellswithoutapparentreason

组件中的电池片性能完全失效：

6.6组件内部电池片碎片/破片Celldebrislaminatedonmodule/cellrupture

组件中的暗区带有锋利的边角Shadedareasinthemodulewithsharpedges

电池片大部分失效或者肉眼可见Largepartsofthecellinactiveoropticallyvisible

判定Judgment：

不接受：

6.7原材料污染Waferpollution

主要特征：

Maincharacteristic

电池片圈状发暗（同心圆或黑心片），大多数发生在电池片中央

Cellsincircleofdarkhair,mostofthemoccuroncellcenter

a）无影响I-V测试曲线withoutinfluenceforI-Vcurve;

b）组件输出功率正常electricalcharacteristicsareasusual

6.8断栅griddefects

主要特征：

比正常电池片要暗：

Darkerthannormalsolarcells

单片断栅黑线小于10处，长度小于5mm，整块组件断栅黑线小于10处，不影响组件性能曲线Chipoffgridlinesislessthan5,lengthislessthan3mm,thewholeassemblyofoffgridlineislessthan5,doesnotaffecttheassemblyperformancecurve

6.9烧结缺陷Fuel

主要特征：

失效电池片表面被喷雾状物或烧结处理Inactivesurfaceareabysprayingorfiringprocess

电池片失效面暗淡Inactiveareasofthecellwithsmallerlightinterruption

判定Judgment（Acceptedforonesolarmodule）

a）无影响I-V测试曲线withoutinfluenceforI-Vcurve;

b）组件输出功率正常electricalcharacteristicsareasusual

c）有问题电池片不允许有thefailurecellisnotallowed

7.0组件失效Faultymodule

主要特征Maincharacteristic

无法形成EL图像itcannotgenerateEL-image

组件完全失效Modulecompletelyinactive

判定Judgment：

不允许Notallowed

中文版本与英文版本有出入时候，以中文版本为准
