第一章入井须知

一、下井前必须做好充分准备

1、入井之前，一定要休息好，如果休息不好，在井下工作时，由于体力不足，精神不振，容易造成事故。

2、入井之前，严禁喝酒，因为喝了酒的人，往往神志昏沉，精神不集中，工作中容易出差错，所以喝了酒的人不准下井。

3、不准携带香烟和点火工具下井。

入井前要把自己随身带的香烟、火柴、打火机或其他引火物品取出来。

因为在井下吸烟、点火会引起瓦斯、煤尘爆炸和井下火灾，严重时则造成矿毁人亡。

4、下井前必须把工作服、安全帽、胶鞋、皮带等穿戴整齐。

5、下井前，一定要携带自救器。

不佩带自救器和不会使用者绝对不准入井。

6、下井前，一定要领取矿灯，不带矿灯者不准下井。

领取矿灯后要认真检查。

①灯头有无裂伤，灯圈是否松动，灯头玻璃有无破裂；

②电池盒有无破裂或漏液；

③灯线是否破损，灯线、灯头与灯盒的联接是否牢固；

④灯锁是否锁好，有无松动；

⑤灯头的开关是否完好、可靠；

⑥灯光亮度是否足够。

二、严格按照规定乘坐罐笼

乘坐罐笼上、下井必需注意以下事项：

1、任何人乘罐笼上下井，都要遵守有关规定，服从把钩工和井口管理人员的指挥，排队按次序上下，不得拥挤和打闹，进入罐笼后要关好罐笼门，身体任何部位不得伸出罐笼外。

2、没有得到井口管理人员的许可，不准进、出罐笼，特别是已发出升降信号后和没有发出停车信号前，严禁进出罐笼。

3、罐笼每次承载的人数是有规定限额的，如果已满员，要等下一次再上，切不可强挤强上，以免由于超载而发生危险。

4、当罐笼已装物料或已推进矿车时，不管物料多少，矿车有无装物料，罐笼内都不准再搭乘人员。

5、当罐笼升降过程中，人员要站稳抓牢扶手，不要把所带器具伸到罐笼外，不准在罐笼内打闹，更不准向井筒抛扔任何东西。

三、井下行走注意事项

1、在巷道行走时，一定要走人行道，不要在轨道中间走，也不要随便横穿电车轨道、绞车道和无极绳道，如果一定要横穿，就要看清前后有无来往车辆，要在没有车辆通过时才能横穿。

特别是跨越钢丝绳时，更要多加小心，防止绊倒或被抽打。

在人行道宽度不够的巷道行走时，要在车辆接近前就立即进入躲避峒暂避。

等车辆驶过后再出来行走，在平巷行走时，要特别注意通过巷道拐弯处、交叉路口、风门、水闸门的来往车辆，要提前做好避险准备，不要抢行。
