Thenewlawwouldbanfoamfoodpackagingforproductspackagedin-state,includingrestaurants,cafes,foodtrucks,andgrocerystores.Thefinalversionofthebillincludesexceptions,suchasmeat.ThebanwouldgointoforceonJuly1,2020andwouldcarryfinesof$250.
