  Whilestudentsdreamofbeingaeptedintocollegeforyears,theyoftenbeelostonceadmitted.Withouttheirparents'constantsupportandadvice,orbecauseoflimitedmunicationwithteachers,manystudentsareunabletofocusontheirfuturegoals.SuchconfusionleadssometoforgettheirstudiesandresorttoplayingontheInter,amongotherformsofrecreation.Studentsshouldnotonlykeeptheirambitionsinmind,butalsoseriouslystrivetowardsthem.Withoutaclearpurpose,onemighteasilywastecrucialyearsneglectingone'sstudies.

  Inmyopinion,intheappraisalofmigrantworkers,itisone-sidedtoaffirmeverythingortonegateeverything.Weshouldappreciatethegreatcontributionmadebythem,andatthesametimepayenoughattentiontotheproblemscausedbythem.

  ThetwochartsshowthattheincreaseintheU.S.populationhasbeenaompaniedbyacorrespondingdeclineinthenumberofwildlifespecies.Fartoomanyspecieshavebeenlostalready.Thisposesadangertoecologicalbalance.

  Asthehumanpopulationexpands,moreandmorewildanimalsarehuntedforfood,orbecausetheyarethoughttopresentathreattoman.Butstudiesshowthatoneoftheprimarycausesofthedisappearanceofwildlifeispollution,whichisoneoftheconsequencesofpopulationgrowthandeconomicdevelopment.Thismakesuswonderifmanisabletosharethisplainharmonywithotherlifeforms.

  Womenplayanimportantpartinmodernsociety.Nowmanywomenaregoingintoprofessions,suchasmedicine,lawandengineering.Theyprisealargepartoftheworkersinofficesandfactories.Manyjobstheyareengagedinareinlinewiththeirspecialcapabilitiesoftheirsex.Inaddition,someofthemareworkinguptoimportantpositionswhichusedtobeheldmainlybymen.Thereareevensomebusinesseswhicharerunpletelybywomen.Itisobviousthatwomenaremakinganoutstandingcontributiontotheprogressofmodernsociety.

  Thereare,however,stillprejudicesanddiscriminationagainstwomeninourmodernsociety.Inthefirstplace,somepeoplethinkthatmanyjobsmendocanhardlybedonebywomen,whoarephysicallynotstrongenough.Intheireyes,womenaretheweakersex–bothphysicallyandemotionally.Thus,womencanonlybesuitedtotheperformanceofdomesticduties.Andawoman’splaceiswithintheprotectiveenvironmentofthehome.Secondly,theybelievethatmostoftheworld-famousscientistsandstatesmenarefoundtobemales.Finally,theyassertthatthewholesociety
