变压器用波纹储油柜是新一代全密封型储油柜，是胶囊式和隔膜式储油柜的更新换代产品，具有密封性好、使用寿命长、免维护、安装方便等特点，适用于各类油浸式变压器、电抗器和电容器等电力设备。
Corrugateoilconservatorfortransformerisakindofnew-generationfull-sealingtypeconservator,whichisthesubstitutiveproductofcapsuletypeanddiaphragmconservator.Suchoilconservatorischaracterizedwithgoodsealingperformance,long-life,nomaintenanceandconvenientinstallation,etc.,andthusitissuitabletoapplyforpowerequipmentsuchasalltypesofoilimmersedtransformer,reactorandcapacitor,etc.
一、工作原理Principleofoperation
BG外油式波纹储油柜采用先进的超柔性不锈钢波纹补偿器作为容积补偿元件和隔离密封元件，在彻底隔绝空气及湿气的条件下，实现对变压器绝缘油的体积补偿。
如图1所示，波纹补偿器是一个内腔与大气相通的气囊，放置于绝缘油中，储油腔通过下部连接口与变压器油箱相通。
波纹补偿器内腔通过呼吸口与外界大气相通。
当绝缘油随温度变化产生体积膨胀或收缩时，促使波纹补偿器伸缩，从而改变柜内油腔大小，实现对绝缘油的体积变化补偿。
储油柜各部件的名称及作用参见图1所示。
BGexternaloiltypecorrugateconservatoradoptswithadvancedsuper-flexiblestainlesssteelcorrugatepipeascapacitycompensationelementandisolationsealelement,andvolumecompensationforinsulatingoiloftransformerisrealizedundercompleteinsulationofairandmoistureconditions.Asshowninfigure1,corrugatepipeisanairbagconnectinginnercavitytoatmosphere,whichisplacedininsulationoil.Oilconservatorisconnectedtooiltankoftransformerthroughbottomconnector.Innercavityofcorrugatepipeisconnectedtoouteratmospherethroughbreathvent.Whenvolumeofinsulationoilexpansesorshrinksasthechangesofoiltemperature,itmakesthecorrugatepipeextendorshrink,andthuschangesthevolumeofoilchamberintheconservator,realizingthevolumecompensationforinsulationoil.Designationandfunctionofallpartsofoilconservatorrefertofigure1.
二、主要性能参数MainPerformanceParameters
1.储油柜容积常用范围0.1~12m3（约合20℃油重90~10740kg），适用于变压器总油重不大于120T，电压1000KV以下，容量1000MVA以下的各类大中型变压器及其它电力设备。
2.波纹补偿器使用寿命按30年设计，并采用外油式结构，无凝露生成，产品能实现免维护。
3.波纹补偿器耐压能力为±0.1MPa，完全满足全真空注油要求。
4.波纹补偿器工作时对绝缘油产生的最大反力小于0.005MPa，不影响变压器正常保护装置的设定。

三、产品到货验收Checkupondelivery
1．检查产品运输途中是否处于充压状态，方法：
a.看油位指示是否如右图所示；
b.打开排气管口时是否有强烈气流喷出。
2．
储油柜表面状态检查。
检查是否有撞伤、明显变形等缺陷。
3．主机及附件清点。
（见供货单）
4．文件检查。
资料袋中应有以下文件：
产品说明书、出厂检验报告、供货单、油位—油温曲线标牌及合同要求的其它产品资料。

●Checksurfaceofconservator.Checkwhetherthereareanydefectssuchascollisiondamageandobvioustransforms,etc.
●Checkdocuments.Documentbagcontainsthefollowingdocuments:
productinstructionmanual,ex-worksinspectionreport,supplylist,oillevel–oiltemperaturecurveplateandotherdocumentsrequiredinthecontract.
四、产品型号及选用方法Productmodelandselectingmethod

五、储油柜安装和注油Installation&oilinjectionofconservator
1．配件和工具准备：
准备与储油柜连接的阀门、连管、螺栓及胶垫等配件。
施工设备及工具：
注滤油机、气泵及常用工具如扳手、手锤等。

airpump,oilinjectionmachineandcommontoolssuchasspanner,handhammer,etc.
2．储油柜安装前准备
①拆除黄色护板→②释放气压→③展开波纹管
Preparationbeforeinstallingconservator:
①Dismantleyellowguardplate→②Releasegaspressure→③Unfoldcorrugatepipe
3.储油柜安装Theconservatorinstallation
●储油柜吊装落位，连接好与变压器相通的管路。
●将注油管和排气管连至变压器下部，并连接密封可靠的阀门；（见右图）
●将极限油位报警装置控制线路接好，连接方法见本节条目6；
●安装完毕，准备注油。
●Handleconservatorintoposition,andconnectthepipestotransformerwell.
●Connectoilinjectionpipeandexhaustpipetothebottomoftransformerandthenconnectreliablesealingvalve.（seerightfigure）
●Connectcontrolcircuitoflimitoillevelalarmdevice,referstoclause6.
●Completeinstallationandprepareforoilinjection.
4．注油程序NormalProcesofOilInjection
注油→定油位→排气→调整油位
Oilinjection→Positioningoillevel→Gasdischarge→Adjustingoillevel
1注油Oilinjection
打开呼吸口及排气口阀门，从变压器本体或注油口向储油柜内注油
Openthebreathventandtheexhaustvent,injectedthroughtransformeroroilinjectionvent
2定油位Positioningoillevel
注油后油位指示不断升高，当指示窗油位刻度达到与油温对应的数值时，关闭呼吸口。
继续注油，直至储油柜内空气排净。
Accordingtothespotactualoiltemperature,Findsouttheoillevelwhichaccordingtotheoillevel-oiltemperaturecurveshouldmovedecides,Closethebreathventtheinstructionwindowoillevelscaledivisionachievesthisvalue.
※注：
1．图中温度为现场实际油温（平均）；
2.根据产品使用地区的最低环境温度选择对应的曲线a、b、c、d（之一），以横坐标油温对应纵坐标油位；
3．储油柜油位计是通过与波纹补偿器活动端面相连的金属带做传导，波纹补偿器伸缩时产生窗口刻度的变化，显示0~10的油位，0为最低油位，10为最高油位，见本页上图。
※Note:

首次注油后静置1～2小时，然后再次排净打开呼吸口检查油位，并将油位调整到与油温储油柜内气体对应

5.注意事项Attentions
●储油柜吊装落位时，注意防止碰撞筒体及油位视窗；
●注油过程中，应将储油柜油腔内气体排净，以免形成假油位。
排净气体的标准是：
排气口连续稳定出油。
排净气体后，排气口阀门及注油口阀门关闭，同时用盖板可靠密封；
注：
储油柜内滞留的气体因受热膨胀系数远大于绝缘油，将严重减少补偿空间。
●储油柜的工作状态应是：
呼吸口阀门常开，排气口、注油口阀门关闭。

Note:
duetoheating,expansioncoefficientofgasleftinconservatorisfarmorethanthatofinsulatingoil,whichmayreducecompensationspaceseriously.
●Workingconditionofconservatoristhatthevalveofbreathventisnormallyopenandthevalvesoftheexhaustventandoilinjectionnozzleareclose.
6．油位报警信号连接
储油柜可按用户要求配置极限油位报警信号输出端子
接线方法见右下图
其报警信号触点开关参数如下：

六、附注Annotation
1．储油柜运输前充气压合方法
为防止运输途中波纹管颠簸受损，在储油柜出厂运输前必须向柜内充气将波纹管压合固定。
充气方法见下图。
●Chargedpressure-inmethodbeforedeliveringoilconservator
Inordertopreventthecorrugatepipefromdamagingduringtransportation,gasmustbechargedintothecabinettofixthecorrugatepipebeforedeliveringtheconservator.Gaschargingmethodreferstothefollowingfigure.
充气要求：
从排气口充入干燥空气（或氮气），压力达到约0.04MPa，停止充气，快速封闭排气口！
Chargingrequirement:
Dryair（ornitrogen）shouldbechargedfromexhaustvent.Whenthevalueindicatedonpressureqaugereaches0.04MPa,stopchargingandclosetheexhaustventquickly.
2．储油柜排气和调整油位
运行后的储油柜若出现油位偏高或偏低时，应及时排气和调整油位。
（方法见下图）

Whenoillevelisalittlehigherorlowerduringoperation,thegasshouldbedischargedandtheoillevelshouldbeadjustedintime.（Methodreferstothefigurebelow）
排气和调整油位后，储油柜置于工作状态：
呼吸口阀门常开，排气口、注油口阀门关闭。
Afterdischarginggasandadjustingoillevel,conservatorisinworkingcondition:
thebreathventvalveisnormallyopenwhiletheexhaustventvalveandtheoilinjectionvalveareclose.
3．油位远传信号连接（接线见右图）
根据用户要求需要配置油位远传功能的储油柜
其信号触点开关参数如下：
