湖北省统计年鉴第十章

主要统计指标解释

供水综合生产能力指按供水设施取水、净化、送水、出厂输水干管等环节设计能力计算的综合生产能力。

包括在原设计能力的基础上，经挖、革、改增加的生产能力。

计算时，以四个环节中最薄弱的环节为主确定能力。

年末供水管道长度指从送水泵至用户水表之间所有管道的长度。

不包括新安装尚未使用的管道。

全年供水总量指报告期供水企业（单位）供出的全部水量。

包括有效供水量和漏损水量。

生活用水量包括公共服务用水和居民家庭用水。

公共服务用水指为城市社会公共生活服务的用水。

包括行政事业单位、部队营区和公共设施服务、社会服务业、批发零售贸易业、旅馆饮食业以及其他公共服务业等单位的用水。

居民家庭用水指城市范围内所有居民家庭的日常生活用水。

包括城市居民、农民家庭、公共供水站用水。

用水普及率指城市用水人口数与城市人口总数的比率。

计算公式：

城市用水人口数

用水普及率=×100%

城市人口总数

供气管道长度指报告期末从气源厂压缩机的出口或门站出口至各类用户引入管之间的全部已经通气投入使用的管道长度。

不包括煤气生产厂、输配站、液化气储存站、灌瓶站、储配站、气化站、混气站、供应站等厂（站）内的管道。

全年供气总量指全年燃气企业（单位）向用户供应的燃气数量。

包括销售量和损失量。

用气普及率指报告期末使用燃气的城市人口数与城市人口总数的比率。

计算公式为：

城市用气人口数

用气普及率=×100%

城市人口总数

城市供热能力指供热企业（单位）向城市热用户输送热能的设计能力。

城市供热总量指在报告期供热企业（单位）向城市热用户输送全部蒸汽和热水的总热量。

城市供热管道长度指从各类热源到热用户建筑物接入口之间的全部蒸汽和热水的管道长度。

不包括各类热源厂内部的管道长度。

年末道路长度指年末道路长度和与道路相通的广场、桥梁、隧道的长度，按车行道中心线计算。

在统计时只统计路面宽度在3.5米（含3.5米）以上的各种铺装道路，包括开放型工业区和住宅区道路在内。

城市桥梁指为跨越天然或人工障碍物而修建的构筑物。

包括跨河桥、立交桥、人行天桥以及人行地下通道等。

包括永久性桥和半永久性桥。

城市排水管道长度指所有排水总管、干管、支管、检查井及连接井进出口等长度之和。

城市污水日处理能力指污水处理厂（或处理装置）每昼夜处理污水量的设计能力。

年末运营车数指年末公交企业（单位）用于运营业务的全部车辆数。

以企业（单位）固定资产台帐中已投入运营的车辆数为准。

城市园林绿地面积指报告期末用作园林和绿化的各种绿地面积。

包括公共绿地、居住区绿地、单位附属绿地、防护绿地、生产绿地、道路绿地和风景林地面积。

不包括：

1.屋顶绿化、垂直绿化、阳台绿化和室内绿化。

2.以物质生产为主的林地、耕地、牧草地、果园和竹园等。

3.城市总体规划中不列入绿地的水域。

公共绿地指向公众开放的市级、区级、居住区级各类公园、街旁游园，包括其范围内的水域。

其中居住区级公园应不小于1万平方米，街旁游园的宽度不小于8米，面积不小于400平方米。

ExplanatoryNotesonMainStatisticalIndicators

ProductionCapacityofWaterSupply referstothedesignedcomprehensiveproductioncapacityofwaterfacilities,coveringthe4linksofwatercollection,purification,conveyance,andoutflowthroughtrunkpipelines.Increasecapacitythroughtransformationandinnovationprojectsareincludedaswell.Thecapacityisdeterminedmainlyontheweakestoftheabove-mentioned4links.

LengthofWaterSupplyPipelinesattheYear-end referstothetotallengthofallthepipelinesbetweenthewaterpumpsandtheuser抯watermeters,excludingpipelinesnewlyinstalledbutnotusedyet.

AnnualVolumeofWaterSupply referstothetotalvolumeofwatersuppliedbywater-works（units）duringthereferenceperiod,includingboththeeffectivewatersupplyandlossduringthewatersupply.

ConsumptionofWaterforResidentialUse referstothewaterconsumptionofhouseholdsfordailylifeandthewaterconsumptionofpublicservicefacilities.Thelatterreferstowaterconsumptionforurbanpublicservices,includingtheconsumptionofgovernmentagenciesandpublicinstitutions,militarybarracks,publicfacilities,wholesaleandretailoutlets,restaurants,hotels,andotherunitsprovidingpublicservices.Householdwaterconsumptionreferstoconsumptionofwaterfordailylifeofallhouseholdsintheboundaryofcities,includinghouseholdsofurbanresidentsandfarmers,andpublicwatersupplystations.

PercentageofUrbanPopulationwithAccesstoTapWaterreferstotheratiooftheurbanpopulationwithaccesstotapwatertothetotalurbanpopulation.Theformulais:

Percentageofpopulationwithaccesstotapwater=（Urbanpopulationwithaccesstotapwater）/（Urbanpopulation）×100%

LengthofGasPipelines referstothetotallengthofpipelinesinusebetweentheoutletofthecompressorofgas-workoroutletofgasstationsandtheleadingpipeofusers,excludingpipelineswithingasworks,deliverystations,LPGstoragestations,refillingstations,gas-mixingstationsandsupplystations.

VolumeofGasSupply referstothetotalvolumeofgasprovidedtousersbygas-producingenterprises（units）inayear,includingthevolumesoldandthevolumelost.

PercentageofUrbanPopulationwithAccesstoGas referstotheratiooftheurbanpopulationwithaccesstogastothetotalurbanpopulationattheendofthereferenceperiod.Theformulais:

Percentageofpopulationwithaccesstogas=（Urbanpopulationwithaccesstogas/Urbanpopulation）x100%

HeatingCapacityinUrbanArea referstothedesignedcapacityofheatingenterprises（units）insupplyingheatingenergytourbanusersduringthereferenceperiod.

QuantityofHeatSuppliedinUrbanArea referstothetotalquantityofheatfromsteamandhotwatersuppliedtourbanusersbyheatingenterprises（units）duringthereferenceperiod.

LengthofHeatingPipelines referstothetotallengthofsteamorhotwaterpipelinesforsourcesofheattotheleadingpipelinesofthebuildingsoftheusers,excludinginternalpipelinesinheatgeneratingenterprises.

LengthofPavedRoadsattheYear-end referstothelengthofroadswithpavedsurfaceincludingsquaresbridgesandtunnelsconnectedwithroadsbytheendoftheyear. Lengthoftheroadsismeasuredbythecentrallinesforvehiclesforpavedroadswithawidthof3.5metersandover,includingroadsinopen-endedfactorycompoundsandresidentialquarters.

UrbanBridges refertobridgesbuilttocrossovernaturalorman-madebarriers,includingbridgesoverrivers,overpassesfortrafficandforpedestrian,underpassesforpedestrian,etc.Bothpermanentandsemi-permanentbridgesareincluded.

LengthofUrbanSewagePipes referstothetotallengthofgeneraldrainage,trunks.branchandinspectionwells,connectionwells,inletsandoutlets,etc.

DailyDisposalCapacityofUrbanSewage referstothedesigned24hourcapacityofsewagedisposalbythesewagetreatmentworksorfacilities.

NumberofVehiclesunderOperationattheYear-end referstothetotalnumberofvehiclesunderoperationbypublictransportenterprises（units）attheendoftheyear,basedontherecordsofoperationalvehiclesbytheenterprises（units）.

AreaofUrbanGardensandGreenAreas referstothetotalareaoccupiedforgreenprojectsattheendofthereferenceperiod,includingpublicgreenland,greenlandinresidentialquarters,greenlandattachedtoinstitutions,protectiongreenland,productiongreenland,roadsidegreenlandandforestinscenicspots.Itdoesnotincludethefollowing:

（1）   Greeneryandplantsonroofs,balconies,indoorsandverticalgreenareas;

（2）   Forest,cultivatedland,grassland,orchardsandbamboogroovesthatareforproductionpurpose;and

（3）   Waterareasthatarenotincludedinurbanmasterplanasgreenland.

PublicGreenArea referstogreenareasopentothepublicsuchasmunicipal,communityandneighborhoodparksandroadsideparks,includingwaterswithinparks.Neighborhoodparksshouldoccupyanarealargerthan10,000squaremeters,andthewidthofroadsideparksshouldoccupyanarealargerthan400squaremeters,withawidthofmorethat8meters.
