IhadlongcovetedPollyEspy.Letmeemphasizethatmydesire

forthisyoungwomanwasnotemotionalinnature.Shewas,tobesure,

agirlwhoexcitedtheemotionsbutIwasnotonetoletmyheartrule

myhead.IwantedPollyforashrewdlycalculated,entirelycerebral

reason.

practice.Iwaswellawareoftheimportanceoftherightkindofwife

infurtheringalawyer'scareer.ThesuccessfullawyersIhadobserved
