前言

《基础教育课程改革纲要〈试行〉》的颁布,标志着我国基础教育将进入一个崭新的时代。

为了建构一种对话、合作与探究的课程文化,形成一个开放的、民主的、科学的课程体系。

在校本课程开发的过程中我们坚持认为:

校本课程开发的主体是教师。

校本课程开发应从学校教育教学实际出发,从学生和教师实际需要出发,从地区经济文化氛围和社会人才需求出友,对国家课程和地方课程进行必要的补充和完善。

校本课程开发的目标首先是在体现校本课程与国家课程、地方课程在培养目标一致的前提下根据本校的课程资源状况,了解学生多样化发展的需要,设置可供学生选择的课程,其二是满足敬师专业发展的需要,提供且当的培训,给予教师参与开发课程的机会,其三独立或合作开发富有特色的课程,促进学生个性发展,培养学生可持续发展能力。

我们在校本课程开发和校本教材编写的过程中坚持以下几个原则:

一、课程设计要尊重人

校本课程设计属于误程的生成过程,这个过程是自下而上的构建。

而不是自上而下的指令和计划落实。

这种构建过程必须最大程度地尊重每一个个体的需求和选择。

校本课程作为课程改革的必然产物,要想最大限度地满足个体的需求和选择,就必须尊重每个人的选择,走自下而上的群众路线,体现较强的民主意识,使课程设计的每个环节都充分体现以人为本的价值观,达到课程主客体之间互动互需互馈的理想效果。

二、课程内容体现人

教师要引导和组织学生利用一切可利用的课程资源,启发他们发现问题,并力求运用己有的知识、能力和智慧来解决问题,从而提升自己的综合素质与能力。

课程设计的目标应该指向人,使之定位于学生的健康成长与全面发展、和谐发展和自主发展.。

三、课程评价判断人

作为研究性学习载体之一的校本课程,其评价必须变客体为主体,将评价手段和方式由单一的、定量的、静态的变为多元的、定性的、动态的。

评价的内容应该侧重于个体成长的创造性和个体在群体实践的团队合作意识中表现出来的非智力因素的变化。

评价的目的也不在于选拔,而在与发现每个个体独立人格和独特个性的价值,肯定其在学习活动中的体验和感受,激发每一个个体的创新意识,使个体的实践精神和创新意识变成自我发展的一种内驱力,并使之在其他领域的社会实践与团队合作中的价值达到最大化,从而使个体的竞争意识与合作精神得到协调发展。

为了我们在今后的校本课程开发过程中,能够进一步拓宽思路,积极、主动、稳妥地加大改革力度,实现校本课程开发的制度化以及校本课程的网络化,逐步形成具有我校鲜明特色的校本课程体系。

我们的理念是:

没有最好的课程,只有更好的课程。

我们愿与所有参与课程改革的同仁一起,不断地追求更好!
