The’HC4020devicesare14-stagebinaryripple-carrycountersthatadvanceonthenegative-goingedgeofthe
clockpulse.Thecountersareresettozero(alloutputslow)independentlyoftheclock(CLK)inputwhenthe
clear(CLR)inputgoeshigh.'HC4020的设计是时钟脉冲负边沿前进14级二进制的。
独立于时钟(CLK)输入时这些计数器被重置为零(所有输出低),清除(CLR)时输入变为高。
