1ageneralintroduction

Highpressurecleaningcarsmainlybythepowersystem,watersystemandhydraulicsystem,electroniccontrolandmanipulatesystemcomponents.Powersystemforcleaningthecartowalkandwaterpumpsprovidemotivation.Watersystemmainlybythehighpressurepump,watertank,valve,nozzleandothercomponents,waterthroughthepumppressurecanimproveafterto8MP,formhighpressurejetsprayingtoroad,effectivelyflushthesanddust.Hydraulicsystemmainlybythehydraulicpumpandmotorandandvalvesetandothercomponents,controlvehicletowalkandinjectionaction.Electriccontrolpartbysensors,SCMandmaindisplaycontrolpaneletc.Inthispaperthedevelopmentofhighpressurecleaningcarmaintechnicalparametersareasfollows:

Theratingcapacity;Engineoutputpower45KW;Thebiggestwaterspraywidthisnotlessthan3m;Sprayworkforvehiclespeed5km/h;Spraywaterpressureisnotlessthan8MP;Totalnumberofnozzle21;Waterpumpwaterlargestamount65km/h.

2powerdistributionandswitchingsystem

2.1thebasicprincipleofthepowertransmissionandschemeselection

Highpressurecleaningcaraccordingtothefunctionoftherealizationofthedividedintotwokindsofstate:

anormalworkisdrivingcondition,highpressurecleaningthecarandgeneralatthesamecar,realizethetransferfunction;vehicle2itiswateringoperationsstate,thestateinthevehiclewithverylow,thespeedofthehighpressurewatersprayhomework,cleaningtheroad.Duetothehighpressurecleaningthecarneeddrivinganddriventwoaspectsofthepumppower,sothedynamichowtoprovidedesignistoconsiderwhentheprimaryissue.

Athomeandabroadandusuallyusethepowerdistributionsolutionshastwo,oneistoadoptdoubleconfigurationoftheenginepowertransmissionsystem,ismainenginevehiclesnotalter,transmissionsystemwillnotdochange,useaTaiwanindependenceinvehiclesoutsidethesystemofpowerauxiliaryenginedrivehydraulicsystemforhighpressurepumpprovidemotivation.

Theadvantagesofthisschemeissimpleinstructure,thepriceislow,thedisadvantageisasthevehicleinthewatersprayworkdrivingthespeed,lowspeedlessthan10km/h,thistimethemainenginecan'tworkinthebestworkingpoint,thatpowerallocationisnotreasonable,canproducefuelandpowerwaste,andoccupythespaceofviceenginebody,lessthewaterstoragevolume,vicevehicleengineinstallationaddednewvibrationnoisesources,theinfluencethestabilityofthevehicle.

3hydraulicsystem
