1.2010年美国心理学会的一项调查显示,钱、工作、经济前景、家庭,以及恋爱关系的维持,是人们最常见的压力来源。

2.压力与心脏病、高血压、感染性疾病,以及免疫力低下都有一定关系。
3.实际上,压力真的可以让你“心碎”。
有种病名叫“蛸壶心肌症”(Takotsubocardiomyopathy,通常翻译为应激性心肌病),即“心碎综合征”。
当人过度悲伤,或者承受过大的压力时,可能会诱发此病。
病人心脏底部收缩增强,让左心室腔看起来像日本一种口小底宽的捕鱼罐头蛸壶。

4.皮质醇激素跟许多压力相关疾病中都脱不了干系。
