5AHydraulicsystemmanual液压系统手册

1Safety安全
Thehydraulicsystemisdesignedtopreventhazardoussituationsarisingfromanymalfunction.Thisrequiresallpressuresinthesystemtobewithinthemaximumoperatingpressure.Incombinationwiththeelectricalcontrolsystemtheprobabilityofdamagingthesystemisreducedtoaminimum.
Onlynitrogenmustbeusedtofilltheaccumulator.Airoroxygencouldcauseanexplosion.
Installationandmaintenanceshouldonlybecarriedoutbyqualifiedpersonnel.Itmustbeimpossibletooperatethemachineduringmaintenance（makesureatleastoneemergencystopisactivated）.
液压系统是以避免任何故障导致危险的发生而设计的，这就要求液压系统的所有压力在最大工作压力范围内。
与电控系统相结合，破坏系统的可能性降到最小。
只能用氮气装满集气装置，空气或氧气可能引起爆炸。
由专业人员负责机器的安装与维修。
维修期间，禁止操作机器（确保至少一个急停开关处于激活状态）。
Themanagementisrequiredtoensurethatinstructionisgivenwithrespecttotheabovementionedsafetyinstructionsandtoensurethattheseinstructionsarebeingobserved.提供上述安全说明书，确保相关人员严格遵守安全指示。
2Installation安装
Checkthesystemforanydamageand/orcomponentsthathavecomelooseduringtransport.Checktheoillevelandtopupifnecessarywiththecorrectfluid（detailscanbefoundinchapter‘maintenance’）.
检查液压系统是否损坏和/或部件在运输过程中是否松动。
检查油位，如果有必要的话，加满具有合适流动性的油（参见“维修”章节）。
Ifconnectionshavebeendisconnected,reconnectandcarefullyremoveairoutofthesystem.Hoses,pipesandwiresmustbetensionfree.
如果连接已拆开，重新连接并且小心地排放系统内的空气。
确保软管、管子和管线没有张力。
Thenitrogenpressureintheaccumulatorhastobecheckedaccordingtotheprocedureinthechapter‘maintenance’.
集气装置的氮压依据“维修”章节的步骤来检查。
Whilemakingelectricalconnectionscheck:
-Motornameplate:
isthevoltagecorrect?
-Valvecoils:
isthevoltagecorrect?
-Pump:
Isthedirectionofrotationasindicatedonthemotorcorrect?
Ifnot,swapwhoofthethreephasesT1,T2orT3.
电路连接时，作如下检查：
-电机标牌：
电压是否正确？
-阀门线圈：
电压是否正确？
-泵：
与电机上指示的旋转方向是否正确？
如果不正确，交换T1、T2或T3相。
Thehydraulicpumpiseasilydamagedbyrotatinginthewrongdirectionorbyairbubblesinthesystem.当液压泵反向旋转或液压系统中有气泡时，液压泵很容易被损坏
3．Operation操作
Dailychecks（somearealreadyelectricallymonitored）:
日常检查（一些检查已有电气监控）
-oillevel油位
-colouroftheoil（shouldnotchange）油的颜色（不应该改变）
-oiltemperatureshouldnotexceed60°C油温不应超过60°C
hint:
ifyoucanholdyourhandagainstthereservoirtheoiltemperatureisOK.
提示：
如果将手可放在油箱上，并能保持，则油温正常。
-leakage是否漏油
-Hoses:
replaceatfirstsignofwear!
软管：
首次出现疲劳时，更换软管！
Functions性能
Thecutterupperknifebeamisforcedupbythepressureintheaccumulator（actinglikeaspring）.Thedown-movementiscarriedoutbythehydraulicpumpforcingoilintoonecylinder.Theoilreturningfromthiscylinderisdirectedintotheother（smaller）cylinder,thusbothcylindersaresynchronised.
Thehydraulicdiagramisappendedtothismanual.
集气装置的压力推动裁断机刀梁向上（类似一弹簧）。
液压泵迫使液压油到一个气缸来实现上刀梁向下运动。
从这个气缸返回的液压油直接进入另一个（较小的）气缸，从而实现两个气缸同步作用。
液压图附在手册中。
Thepumpactuallyconsistsoftwoparts,onehavingalargeflowandonewithasmallflow.Duringproductionbothflowsareaddedtogethertoallowafastdownmovementoftheupperknifebeam.
液压泵由两部分组成：
一部分有较大的流量，另一部分流量较小。
在生产过程中，两股流量可加在一起使得上刀梁迅速下移。
Formaintenancepurposesthecutterissetin‘adjustmode’,wherethelargeflowisneverused.Theupperknifebeamcanmoveslowlydown（upisalwaysfast）byusingthesmallflowonly.Thecutterbeamisheldinposition（cutterstop）byblockingtheflowbackfromthecylindersuntilcutterupisselected.
裁断刀设定在‘调整’模式用于维修：
此时大流量关闭。
只通过液压泵小流量会使上刀梁缓慢下移（上移总是很快）。
在选择裁断刀‘上移’之前阻塞液压油从气缸中返回使上刀梁处在某一位置（裁刀停止）。
Besidestheup/down-movement,thecutterupperbeamcanalsorotatetoadjustthecuttingangle.Thisisdonebychangingtheamountofoilbetweenthecylinders（angle+/-）.
上刀梁除了上/下运动以外，还能旋转来调整裁断角度。
通过调节两个气缸间的油量大小来实现（角度+/-）。

4．Maintenance维修
Oilchange换油
Theoilmustbechangedafterthefirst2000productionhoursandafterthateveryyearor6000productionhours,whichevercomesfirst.Thedrainedoilmustbefilteredandcheckedforpollution.Pollutionindicatesdamagetothesystemandrequiresimmediateaction.Cleanthetankandreplacetheoilfilterbeforefilling.Fillingshouldbedoneusingaseparatefinefilteror,ifnotavailable,throughthereturnlinefilterofthesystemtoassureacleanstart.Besuretouseoilwiththecorrectspecification:
机器在首次操作2000小时后必须进行换油，以后每年或每隔6000工作小时换油一次。
排出的液压油必须过滤并检查是否污染了。
污染表明液压系统有损坏需要立即补救。
清理油箱并在注油前更换过滤网。
注油时应使用一个单独的细目过滤网，或者在没有细目过滤网的情况下，采用系统回流过滤网保证清洁注油。
要保证选用的油型号正确。
UsehydraulicfluidaccordingtoDIN51524,part1and2;ISOVG46,i.e.ShellTellusoil46.
Tankcapacity:
120l.
依据DIN51524，ISOVG46标准选用第1部分和第2部分液压油，比如：
ShellTellusoil46
Accumulatorpressure集气装置压力
Nitrogenpressureshouldbecheckeddirectlyafterinstallationandafterthatevery3monthsor1500productionhours,whichevercomesfirst.Keepalogofeverycheck:
date,numberofcuts,nitrogenpressurebeforeandafterrefillingN2,pressureafterchargingwithhydraulicfluid.
安装完毕并且以后每3个月或每隔1500工作小时应该直接检查氮气压力一次。
每次检查都要做记录：
检查日期，裁断数量，重新充氮气前/后的压力，注油后的压力。
Procedure步骤
-Stopthemachine（settomanual）关闭机器（机器设定在手动状态）
-Putthecutterin“Adjustmode”withthekey-operatedselectorswitchCUTTERADJonthepushbuttonstationatthesideofthecutter.用裁断刀旁边按钮站上的按键选择开关CUTTERADJ将裁断刀设定在“调整模式“上。
-Engagethesafetypinsatbothsidesofthecutterwhiledoingmaintenance!
Topreventthemachinebeingswitchedon/offbyunauthorisedpeople,provideshieldswiththewarning“DANGER”onthemainswitchpanel,themainpowerswitch,theMMI（controlvoltage）andthepushbuttonstationattheletoffsideofthecutter（adjustmodekeyswitch）.
机器维修时，放置安全销在裁断刀两边！
为了防止机器被未经认可的人开启/关闭，在主控箱、主电源开关、MMI（控制电压）以及裁断刀导开侧的按钮站上分别加上标有“危险“警示的防护罩。
-Wheneverthecutterissetin“Adjustmode”withthekeyswitchatthesideofthecutter,thepersonworkinginsidethecuttershouldhavethekey!
不管什么时候用裁刀旁边的按键开关将裁断刀设定在“调整模式“，在裁刀范围内部的工作人员应该携带钥匙！
-Turnoffthehydraulicpumpwiththeselectorswitchnexttothekeyswitchatthesideofthecutter.用紧挨在裁断刀旁边按键开关的选择开关关闭液压泵。
-Openthesafetyfenceatthebackofthecutter.打开裁断刀后面的安全护栅

（1）Turntheleverundertheaccumulator90°todrainthehydraulicfluidfromtheaccumulatortothetank.将集气装置下面的控制杆旋转90°，液压油将从集气装置中流到油缸中

（2）Connectthecheckingandchargingunit（partofsupply）accordingtotheinstructionsonthenextpage.Refillifnecessary.DONOTDISCONNECTTHEUNIT.按照下页中的指示连接校验单元和注油单元（供给部分）。
必要时再次注油。
不要拆开单元。
NominalN2pressure120+/-20bar氮气指定压力：
120+/-20bar
-Ifthepressurehasdroppedover20bars,comparedtothepreviouscheck,thequalityofthebladderhasdroppedandreplacinghastobeconsidered.
与过去检查的压力相比，当压力降到20帕时，胶囊的质量已经降低了，需要考虑更换胶囊。
-
（1）Turntheleverundertheaccumulator90°toreconnecttheaccumulatorwiththecylinders.
将集气装置下面的控制杆旋转90°，再将集气装置与气缸连接在一起。
-Startthehydraulicpumpwiththeselectorswitchnexttothekeyswitchatthesideofthecutter.
用紧挨在裁断刀旁边按键开关的选择开关开启液压泵
-Unlocktheupperknifebeam（disengagethesafetypinsatbothsidesofthecutter）.
松开上刀梁（拿开裁断刀两边的安全销）
-DisconnecttheelectricalconnectionsfromsolenoidsY4andY5ofthehydraulicunit.Selectangle+or–ontheseparatepushbuttonstationuntil160barshasreached（checkingandchargingunit:
nitrogenpressureequalshydraulicpressure）.Reconnecttheelectricalconnections.
从液压单元的螺线管Y4和Y5处断开电路。
用单独的按钮站调整角度直至压力达到160帕（检查和注油单元：
氮气压力等同于液压），然后再接上电路。
-Checkwithonecutcycleifeverythingrunswell.检查一个裁断周期是否机器运转正常。
-Disconnectthecheckingandchargingunitaccordingtotheinstructionsonthenextpageandreplacetheprotectivecoverontheaccumulator.
按照下页指示拆开检查和注油单元并且将防护罩放回到集气装置上。
