英文涉外经济合同中旧体词的运用

　　一、以“here”为词根的旧体词

　　由于“here”一词的基本含义是“这里”、“在这里”，所以，以“here”为词根的旧体词大都有“此，’’”、“这…”、“本…”的意思。

　　，hereinafter，hereunder

　　这三个词在含义和用法上大体相同，意为“自此以后”、“下文中…”等，通常用于文本的开头，表示。

以下…”之意。

这三个词一般可以互相换用，只是相比之下“horei，lafter”较为正规、语气较重。

“hereafter”和“hereunder”次之。

例如:

　　这类词的构成和用法同以“here”为词根的旧体词完全一样，含义上也很接近，因此，掌握了以“h。

re”为词根的旧体词，再学这类词就十分简单了。

”的基本意思是“那里”、“那个方面”等。

所以，以“there”为词根的旧体词一般都有“那…”、“该…”、“其…”的含义。

　　以“where”为词根的旧体词一般使用较少，常IIJ的词有两个“whereas”和“whercby”。

　　whefeas在日常用语中“whereas”一般意为“而、却、反之”等。

在经济合同中其意通常为‘·于”、“有鉴于”。
