考点一副词的分类及用法

一、副词的分类

名称

例词

在句子中的位置

时间

副词

today,early,soon,now,then,recently，still

时间副词，尤其是表示具体时间的副词，一般放在句首或句尾。

例如：

①Hewillbebacktomorrow.他明天将回来。

②Yesterdayweallwenttothepark.昨天我们都去公园了。

地点

副词

表示地点的副词：

somewhere,

here，there，

downstairs

地点副词常置于句尾，有时可置于句首，一般不置于句中。

几个地点状语连用时，大地方放在最后。

例如：

①Thechildrenareplayingdownstairs.孩子们正在楼下玩。

②HerepeoplearepracticingspeakingEnglish.

人们在这儿练习说英语。

③Pleasegostraightdownthestreet.

请沿着这条街一直往前走。

表示方向的副词：

off,down,up,out

程度

副词

verymuch,

enough,quite,

almost,rather

常放在被修饰的动词、形容词或其他副词前面，但当very修饰动词时，常与much连用并置于句末。

例如：

Tomisoldenoughtogotoschool.汤姆已经足够大可以去上学了。

方式

副词

well,fast,

carefully,slowly,quickly

常放在宾语之后或不及物动词之后。

例如：

①MaryspeaksChineseverywell.玛丽的汉语说得非常好。

②Themonkeysateupthebananasquickly.猴子们飞快地吃光了香蕉。

频度

副词

always,often,never,usually,hardly,seldom（很少）

常放在动词之前，或系动词、助动词、情态动词之后。

其中sometimes也常置于句首。

例如：

①Ioftengooutforawalkaftersupper.晚饭后，我经常出去散步。

②SheisseldomoutonSundays.她星期天很少外出。

疑问

副词

how,when,

where,why

主要用来引导特殊疑问句，放在句首。

例如：

①Whereareyougoingforvacation?

你打算去哪里度假？

②Whywereyoulateforourmeetinglastnight?

昨晚我们开会你为什么迟到了？

关系

副词

when,where,why

用来引导定语从句。

例如：

①Wevisitedthehousewherehelivedtenyearsago.

我们参观了他十年前居住的房子。

②IneverforgetthedaywhenIjoinedtheParty.

我永远不会忘记我入党的那一天。

连接

副词

how,when,

where,why

用来引导从句或与不定式连用。

例如：

①That’swhyit’sonthenews.那就是它上新闻的原因。

②Doyouknowhowtooperatethemachine?

你知道怎样操作这台机器吗？

形容词变为副词

1.一般直接加-ly：

quick―quickly;bad―badly

2.个别以e结尾的去e加-ly：

true―truly

3.以y结尾且发音为[i]的把y变为i再加-ly；若读音为[aI]，则直接加-ly：

happy―happily;heavy―heavily;

angry―angrily;shy―shyly;dry―dryly

4.结尾是辅音字母加le的形容词去e加y：

terrible―terribly;possible―possibly;probable―probably

二、副词的用法

1.作状语

（1）用来修饰形容词、副词，通常放在所修饰词之前（enough放在所修饰形容词的后面）

①Thegirlisreallyclever.这个女孩确实聪明。

②YaoMingistallenoughtotouchthebasket.姚明足够高能够触到篮筐。

（2）副词修饰动词时，一般放在被修饰词之后；very，quite不能修饰动词；方式副词放句尾

Kobeplaysbasketballverywell.科比打篮球非常好。

（3）位于句首，修饰整个句子

Luckily,hewasnothurtbadly.幸运的是，他伤得不重。

2.作定语（一般放在所修饰词之后）

Thepeoplehereareveryfriendly.这儿的人很友好。

3.作表语（放在系动词之后）

Imustbeoffnow.现在我必须走了。

考点二副词的比较等级

1.一般副词在词前加more/most变为比较级/最高级。

clearly—moreclearly—mostclearly;

easily—moreeasily—mosteasily

2.少数既可作形容词也可作副词的在词尾加-er/-est。

hard—harder—hardest;fast—faster—fastest

3.副词比较等级的使用类似于形容词的比较等级用法，但副词最高级前一般不用定冠词the。

ZhaoGangcomestoschoolearliesteveryday.赵刚每天最早到学校。
