1.总则
Generals
1.1本大纲适用于ESMERALDASII期热电项目12PC2-6B型柴油机在陕西柴油机重工有限公司进行的台架交货试验。

3.试验前的准备
Preparationspriortotest
3.1检验部确认装配记录完整齐全。
InspectionDepthasconfirmedthattheassemblingrecordsarecomplete.
3.2校验水力测功器,静态或动态校验精度≤1%。
Checkandcalibratethehydraulicmeter,calibrateitsstaticordynamicalprecision≤1%.
3.3校验燃油油耗测量装置,精度要求±1%。
Checkandcalibratethefuelconsumptionmeteringdevice,requiredprecision±1%.
3.4其它测量仪器、仪表应按规定定期进行校验。
Othermeasurementinstrumentsandgaugesaretobecheckedandcalibratedonaregularlybasis.
3.5检查调速器连接杆和燃油齿条,从停车位置到全负荷位置的移动是否正确灵活,
调整好齿条的停车和起动位置。
Checkthegovernorconnectingrodandfuelrack,andifcanbemovedfromtheshutdownpositiontothefull-loadpositioncorrectlyandfreely.Correctlyadjusttheshutdownandstartingpositionoftherack.
3.6检查主起动阀工作是否良好。
Checkifthemainstartingvalveworksproperly.
3.7启动油、水系统泵,检查滑油、燃油、冷却水系统不得有泄露。
Startthepumpsoftheoilandwatersystems,checkandmakesurethatthelubricationoil,fuelandcoolingwatersystemsarefreeofleakages.
3.8起动空气系统接通气源,检查不得有泄露。
Connecttheairsupplyforthestartingairsystemandcheckandmakesuretherearen’tanyleakages.
3.9柴油机就位后与水力测功器连接,要求第一缸臂距差为-0.04mm≤dv≤0,-0.04mm≤dh≤+0.04,其它dv、dh在-0.04~+0.04之间。
Aftertheengineismountedinpositionandconnectedwiththepowermeter,therequireddistancedifferenceofcrankwebinthefirstcylinderis-0.04mm≤dv≤0,-0.04mm≤dh≤+0.04,fortheothers,dvanddhare-0.04~+0.04.

4.交货试验
Deliverytest
柴油机经磨合及性能调整,具备交货条件,经用户代表同意后进行交货试验。
Theengineshallbequalifiedfordeliveryconditionsafterrunning-inandadjustments,thenshallbesubjectedtothedeliverytestwhentheuserrepresentativehasgivenconsent.

采用模拟或实际操作方法检查下述压力、温度安全保护装置的功能。
