虽然SF双层油罐外表面的FRP层可以承受外界的一般强度冲击，但是这些油罐在运输以及安装过程中还是有受到破损的可能性。

因此除了运输和安装外，请尽量减少不必要的移动，如果必须移动的话，也尽可能做好防护措施，防止损伤。

一旦FRP层破裂或者作为监测用的压力表发生数据异常的情况下，必须马上联系生产厂家按照规定进行检查。

油罐的吊运过程中，必须采用引绳迁动油罐，同时根据油罐的重量和安装现场的情况来选择匹配的起吊工具。

AlthoughtheFRPlayer（outersurfaceofSFtwinlayersoiltank）canwithstandgenerallevelimpact,theseoiltanksmightbedamagedduringtransportationandinstallation.Therefore,pleasekindlyreduceunnecessarymovingoftheoiltanksapartfromtransportationandinstallation.Ifoiltankswillhavetobemoved,theprotectivemeasuresshallbeadoptedtopreventdamage.IncasetheFRPlayerwascrackedorpressureindexofmonitoringpressuregaugewaschangedsuddenly,theusershouldcontactthemanufacturerimmediatelyandinspecttheoiltankaspertheinstructionandregulationsprovidedbythemanufacturer.Thehaulingropesaretobeusedtomovetheoiltanksduringliftingandtransportation;meanwhile,theproperlymatchedliftingequipmentshouldbechoseincompliancewiththeweightofoiltanksaswellasthepracticalsituationofinstallationsites.

一、油罐的保管IKeepingofSFtwinlayersoiltanks

对于油罐的保管场所，必须严格执行相关国家规定，选取安全的空地放置。

油罐放置的地方，与油罐接触的底部必须将地面上的异物清扫干净，为了防止油罐翻转或与其它物体接触造成损伤，在油罐的底部要放上防止滚动的弧形托板和10mm厚的减震橡胶，外部则要用防雨布或塑料布等进行铺盖。

二、检测项目IIPurposeofTestingandInspection

在油罐埋置前必须按照厂家的规定进行相关性能的确认，一旦发现有泄漏、防腐不当的地方要立即与生产厂家联系进行检修。

SF双层油罐在出厂前均做过严格的检测和试验，到达工地后用户也必须按照下列项目进行严格检测和确认。

Beforeimbeddingtheoiltanks,therelatedfunctionalperformancemustbecheckedandconfirmed;onceleakage,impropercorrosionresistanceareasoccurred,theusershallcontactthemanufacturerforimmediateinspectandrepair.SFtwinlayersoiltankshavebeenstrictlytestedandinspectedbeforedelivery;itshallbestrictlytestedandinspectedbytheuserincompliancewithfollowinginstructionsafteritsarrivalonthesite:

1.目测Visualobservation

目测就是对油罐外层的FRP进行观察，是否有损伤。

VisualobservationistoobserveifthereisanydamageontheFRPlayerofSFtwinlayersoiltanks.

2.压力检测Pressureinspection

压力检测是确认油罐的压力是否与出货是的压力一致。

该项确认在油罐到达现场后由客户对压力进行检查。

Pressureinspectionistocheckifthepressureofoiltankisthesametothepressureindexthatcheckedbeforedelivery.Thispressureinspectionistobecarriedoutbytheuseraftertheoiltanksarrivesattheinstallationsite.

三、油罐的运输要领和注意事项

IIIKeypointsandnoticesduringtransportation

1.油罐的吊装Liftingofoiltanks

油罐在进行吊装的时候，必须使用油罐上部的四个吊耳进行起吊。

而且吊装用的钢丝绳也必须选用合适的长度，起吊的钢丝绳的角度要保证在

60°以下。

吊装作业必须要由具有相关资质或具备丰富经验的专业人员进行操作。

Whenliftingoiltanks,thefourliftinghooksonthetopofoiltankmustbeused;theproperlengthofwireropemustbechoseandtheanglebetweenwireropesmustbeguaranteedbelow60°.Theliftingjobmustbecarriedoutbyprofessionaloperatorswhohaverelatedcertificatesandexperiences.

2.油罐的搬运Transportationofoiltanks

油罐在搬运的时候，必须注意保护外层的FRP层。

油罐的微小中空层从出厂后一直为－35Kpa左右的压力，这也是为了尽早能够发现油罐损伤所设计的。

在油罐搬运的时候，搬运的车辆上必须安装防止翻转的支撑台架，并在台架上铺设10mm厚的减震橡胶以防止油罐外层受到冲击损伤。

如果采用绑带进行固定的时候，绑带与油罐接触的地方也要用橡胶进行衬垫，禁止用钢丝绳直接紧固罐体，以保护油罐表面的FRP层。

注意油罐搬运的时候必须稳步进行，避免急进、急停或在颠簸的路面操作。

不使用支撑台架而用枕木进行的时候，油罐底部的两边必须垫上木块从而防止油罐翻转，并用10mm的橡胶进行铺垫。

拉紧葫芦收紧的时候一定要两边同时进行。

－35Kpaafterdeliveryfromthemanufacturer’sfactory;thisdesignistofindthedamageoftheoiltanksifanyasearlyaspossible.Thesupportingframeagainstoverturningmustbeinstalledonthevehicleduringtransportation;inaddition,10mmthicknessrubbermustbelaidonthesupportingframetoagainstimpactontheFRPlayeroftheoiltanks.Iftheuserwilladoptbindingtapetofixtheoiltank,pleasenotethattherubbermustbeusedascushionattheplaceswherebindingtapewilltouchontheoiltanks.Itisforbiddentousewireropetofixtheoiltanksdirectly.AllthesemeasuresaremadetoprotectFRPlayerofoiltanks.Pleasenotethattheoiltanksmustbemovedsteadily;thequickmovingandstoportransportationonroughroadshallbeavoided.Whentheusersareusingcrosstieinsteadofsupportingframe,thewoodblocksmustbelaidatthetwosidesofthebottomofoiltanks;inaddition,10mmthicknessrubbershallbelaidonthewoodblocksascushion.Whenelectricblockaretightening,itshallbecarriedoutsimultaneouslyattwosides.

四、油罐安装要领和注意事项IVKeypointsandnoticesduringinstallation

1.油罐的基础FoundationofSFtwinlayersoiltank

SF双层油罐的安装基础，必须在300mm以上厚的混凝土基础。

InstallationfoundationofSFtwinlayersoiltankmustbeatleast300mmthicknessconcretefoundation.

注意事项Notices：

1预埋螺栓的埋置，在300mm厚混凝土基础上的螺栓预埋后必须要校正高度。

Locationofembeddedbolt:

theboltsmusthaverectifiedaltitudeafterembeddingin300mmthicknessconcretefoundation.

②预埋螺栓的露出混凝土的高度至少在100mm以上。

Theheightofembeddedboltsshallbeatleast100mmabovetheconcretefoundation.

上述项目为基础制造的要点，必须确认无误后再进行其它事项的检测，有不完备的地方需在油罐进场前全部修正完毕。

TheabovetwonoticesarethekeypointsoffoundationofSFtwinlayersoiltank;itmustbedonebeforetheothertestandinspection;ifthereisanyimperfection,itmustberectifiedandrepairedbeforetheoiltank’sinstallation.

在支撑板上设置油罐的注意点Noticesonthesupportingplates：

1在钢制支撑板上必须铺设6mm厚的减震橡胶，以防止油罐的FRP层与支撑板直接接触造成损伤。

6mmthicknessrubbermustbelaidonthesteelsupportingplatestoprotectFRPlayerofoiltankagainstdamagebecauseofdirecttouchbetweenFRPlayerandsteelsupportingplates.

②油罐在安装在支撑板之后，如果有空隙的话，则用橡胶垫予以填塞。

Ifthereisanyclearancebetweentheoiltankandsupportingplateafterinstallation,rubbercushioncouldbestuffedintotheclearances.

2.油罐的安装InstallationofSFtwinlayersoiltanks

油罐在安装的时候，汽吊的选定必须配合油罐重量及现场的安装空间。

在安装之前由负责人分工明确后在缓慢进行。

确保油罐周围操作人员的人身安全。

Wheninstallingtheoiltanks,properliftingequipmentmustbechoseincompliancewithweightofoiltanksaswellasinstallationspacesofsite.Theprojectmanagerinchargeofinstallationwilldividetheworktooperatorsclearlyandguaranteethesafetyofoperatorsaroundtheoiltanks.

油罐的安装顺序Installationsequenceofoiltanks:

①在油罐上部的吊耳中挂上吊带或钢丝绳，然后垂直起吊，保证钢丝绳的角度在60°以下。

如果60°以上则必须替换钢丝绳。

Putliftingbeltorwireropeattheliftinghookontopofoiltanksandlifttheoiltankvertically.Theanglebetweenwireropesmustbeguaranteedlessthan60°;ifitisabove60°,thewireropemustbereplaced.

②运输车上的油罐必须慢慢起吊至腾空，然后在油罐上穿入左右2根引绳，并将固定用的绑带拆除。

Theoiltanksontransportationvehiclemustbeliftedupslowly;twohaulingropeswillbeboundontherightandleftofoiltanks;inaddition,thebindingtapetofixthetankbodywillberemoved.

③根据指挥者的指令，用引绳将油罐引导至无杂物干扰的地点。

油罐的下降的过程中，必须确认底部没有任何人员站立。

Asperprojectmanager’sinstruction,theoiltankswillbedirectedbythehaulingropestoclearandemptyarea;duringoiltankdeclining,itmustbeguaranteedthatthereisnobodystandingatthebottomofoiltanks.

④油罐吊下后，确认安装的位置是否符合规定，在水平及固定位置调整的时候，切勿将油罐一端的钢丝绳松开进行单点吊装。

Aftertheoiltankdeclining,pleaseconfirmiftheinstallationlocationisincompliancewithrelatedregulations;whenmodifyinghorizontallyoratfixedlocation,itisforbiddentoloosenoneofthewireropestocarryoutsinglepointlifting.

⑤绑带进行固定的时候，必须油罐已经完全进入安装位置并且起吊用钢丝绳已经拆除的情况下才能进行。

Aftertheoiltanksenteringinstallationlocationthoroughlyandwireropeswereremoved,pleasefixtheoiltankbybindingtapes.

3、油罐的固定Fixofoiltank

油罐安装之后，用固定绑带和预埋螺栓将油罐固定。

Afterinstallation,oiltankswillbefixedbybindingtapeandembeddedbolt.

此时为了防止油罐外表面与绑带直接接触造成损伤，在绑带的内面要加歪斜，入10mm厚的减震橡胶以作衬垫，同时绑带在收紧的时候要左右两边同时进行，防止油罐歪斜，用水平尺测量人孔法兰，以保持油罐的水平安装。

Toprotectoutersurfaceofoiltanksfromdamagebecauseofdirecttouchbetweenoutersurfaceandbindingtape,10mmthicknessrubberwillbelaidinsideofbindingtapeascushion.Thebindingtapeswillbetighteningsimultaneouslyontherightandleftsidesofoiltankstoagainstincline.Levelrulerwillbeusedtomeasureflangeofmanholetoguaranteeoiltankinstalledhorizontally.

4.油罐盛水Waterfillingofoiltank

在地下水及雨水丰富的地区进行油罐安装，为了防止油罐附近增水的可能性，在油罐安装好并埋入之前，可在油罐内注满清水（不含可能会导致罐内壁生锈的有害物质及其他混入物），从而对周边的地质进行增量试验。

提高周围土质的密实性。

此时务必注意试验用水不能由异物混入。

待油罐固定并以回填土完成后，可将罐内水抽出，并擦干内部。

Tocheckthepossibilityofsurgewavearoundoiltankwheninstallitintheareawithabundantundergroundwaterorrain,theclearwater（thereisnoharmfulsubstancethatcouldcorrodetheinnerlayerofoiltankorothermixtures）couldbefilledintotheoiltanktillfullstatusbeforeinstallationandburiedlayingofoiltanks;thisistomakeincrementaltestonsurroundinggeologyandtoincreasecompactnessofsurroundingsoil.Pleasenotethattheharmfulsubstanceandotherharmfulmixturecouldnotbeenteredintoclearwater（testingwater）.Afteroiltanksfixedandbackfilledsoilcompleted,theclearwater（testingwater）willbedrainedandtheinnersideofoiltanksshallbedried.

五.油罐埋设以及管道工程的施工要领和注意事项

1.油罐的埋设Buriedlayingofoiltanks

油罐埋设用的沙石必须选用不会对FRP造成损伤的优质沙石进行。
