Abstract

Thispaperincludesthreeparts,includingdesign,finiteelementanalysisandmanufacturing.Inthedesignsectionitwillfocusonthedesignofcranemetalstructureandadoptmodulardesignapproach,Notonlytoonekindoftowercranetypestructureforeachcombinationofdesign,butinbetweendifferenttypesoftowercranemodulardesign.InaccordingtoCriteriaofdesignforcraneGB/T13752-92andCriteriaofdesignfortowercraneGB3811-2008,theoverallstructuraldesignmethodisusedtodesignthemainstructuralcomponentsofthecrane,andthendrawengineeringdrawings.Thenmatchingjobagenciesanddrivecontrolsectionwillbeselectedtocompletetheentiretowercranedesign.Onthebasis,thefiniteelementanalysissoftwarewillbeusedtobuildthesimplifiedwholestructuretheequivalentfiniteelementmodel.AndthentakestaticanalysisonthefiniteelementandCheckitsstrength,stiffnessandstability.Accordingtotheanalysisresults,thesizeofthedesignismodifiedtomeettherequirements.DynamicanalysisistakenontheTowercranefiniteelementmodeltoobtainitslownaturalfrequency.Transientresponseanalysiswillbetakentoanalysisthestructuraldeformationdynamicstress.Aftertheabovedesignandanalysis,andthenthetowercranewillbemanufacturedandassembled.

1Introduction

Referredtoas"towercrane,towercrane,towercrane)isanimportantspeciesinconstructioncrane.Towercranebelongstoakindofcontinuoushandlingmachinery,towercranetowerisstandingcanbeclosetothebuilding,itsjibconnectedinverticalatthetopofthetower,theadvantagesmakethetowercranehoistingheightandworkingrangeislarger,theextentoftowercranecanreachabout80%ofthewholerangewithtoputilizationrate.Becauseofitshighefficiency,widerangeofuse,largeturningradius,highliftingheight,convenientoperationandinstallationanddisassemblyissimplewaitforacharacteristic,intheconstructionandindustrialequipmentinstallation,verticaltransportationandwidelyusedinloadingandunloading,canreducetheconstructionperiod,lowertheprojectcost.Towercraneiswidelyusedallkindsofengineeringconstructionofimportantliftingequipment,theuseoftowercranemachinerycangreatlyreducethelaborintensity,reducethecostofengineeringconstruction,butalsotoimprovethequalityoftheengineeringconstruction.

Inrecentyears,duetosomelargeindustrialdevelopmentneedsoftheproject,someofthelargesttowercraneappeared.Duetotheneedsoftheprojectsofurbanpopulationisconcentratedarea,citytowercranetosatisfytheneedsoftheurbanreconstructionanddevelopment.Classificationoftowercraneismore,forthelevelrotaryarmtypetowercranecanbedividedintothecolumncaptypetowercrane,wavetypetowercranepeaceheadtypetowercrane.Anyatowercrane,nomatterwhatisthedifferencebetweenitstechnicalperformanceandstructure,thetotalcanbedecomposedintometalstructure,workingmechanismanddrivecontrolsystemthreeparts.Levelrotaryarmtowercaptypetowercraneisoneofthemostcommonkindoftowercrane,thetowercranemetalstructureconsistsofchassis,thetower,slewingmechanism,towerhead,towercaps,boom,balancearm,tierod,etchingthecomponentpartoftowercranemetalstructureisthemainpartofthetowercrane,istheframeworkofthewholecrane,allkindsofworkstoinstallthecranemechanism,drivecontrolsystem,bearingbyliftingheavyobjects,inheritandpassavarietyofloadonthetowercrane.Towercraneoperatingheightandoperatingspaceisametalstructuretodeterminethescope,throughthemetalstructuretransformationcanalsobecomposedofdifferentmodels,eachagencypartofthetowercraneismainlymadeupofmetalstructure,toachieveacertainmotionlaw.

Metalstructureiscomposedofvariouskindsofmetalpartsmadebycertainconnectionmeansandcansatisfytherequirementsoftheuseofacertainengineeringstructures,withstablequality,highstrength,safeandreliable,easyprocessingcharacteristics.Inthefieldofhoistingmachinery,becauseinordertosatisfydifferentworkingconditionsanduserequirements,avarietyofmodelsemergeinendlessly,metalstructureofliftingmachineryismorediverse.

2Literaturereview

TowercraneoriginatedinEurope,hasbeeninaleadingpositioninthetowercranetechnologydevelopmentabroad,theindustrystructureismoreperfect.InGermany,forinstance,Germanyisnotonlyinthetowerontheownership,intowercranetechnologyisveryadvanced,andGermanyhaslongmadetheGermanindustrialstandardsaboutthetowercrane.Thetowercraneindustryathomeandabroadtostudy,andnowthedesignofthetowercranedevelopmentappearedmanynewcharacteristics,suchas:

seriesproductmix,thestandardized;Light-dutygmproducts,diversification.

Inrecentyears,becauseofthelargeverylargebuildingconstructionworkcontinuouslyincreased,thecostofthegoodstransportationincreasing,increasinglyshortworkcycle,andenlargedthescaleofproductionfactorssuchascomprehensiveeffectmakesforlargeenterprisesandthedemandofthehightowercraneisconstantlyincreasing.Towercraneismovingtowardlargehoistingquantitative,workingspeedrapidness,lowenergyconsumptionandhighreliabilitydirection,it'sofcranehoistingcapacity,range,speedandheightofworkputforwardnewrequirements,thenewrequirementsgreatlypromotetheinnovationanddevelopmentoflargeorverylargecranetechnology,craneshowsthetendencyofalarge-scalegradually,hasbecomeanimportantlinkoftheproductionprocessautomation.Duetothediversificationofmodernindustrialproductionmodeanduserdemandofindividuation,theincreasingdemandofspecialcrane,anewtypeoftowercrane,theiruniquecapabilitiestomeettheuser'spersonalizedneeds,hasplayedaverygoodeffectinengineering,specialtowercranemarketscaleiscontinuallyexpanding.

NotowercrownministrystruttypePotiontowercraneisFrenchpatencompanydesigndevelopmentofanewseriesoftowercranes.Ithastowerhatintraditionaltowercraneonthebasisofboldinnovationreform;removethetowercapstructurepart,thebalanceofboomandarmoftowerstructurelighter,novelandbeautiful.

Thenewstructuraltypeoftowercraneadoptedtheadvanceddesignidea,themostprominentcharacteristicsofnovelstructureandperformanceparametersoftherange,largehoistingheight,largeworkrange,liftingtorque,workwithfast,slow,inthethree.

Theweightofthetowercraneboomholdsalargeproportioninthetotalweightofthetowercrane,whilekeepingthetowerunderthepremiseofcarryingcapacity,inordertoreducetheweightofboomsoastoimprovetheliftingperformanceoftowercranehavetoadoptsomenewmaterials.Withthedevelopmentofmaterialsprocessingtechnology,andcompositematerialtechnology,somenewtypeofcompositematerialshavebeenwidelyused,makesthecraneboomtoreduceweight,sothatthetowercranehoistingabilitytoascend,prolongstheservicelifeofwirerope,reducetheconsumptionoflubricatingoil.Atpresent,therearecompaniesinforeigncountries,usingcarbonfiberreinforcedplasticstotrialmanufacturingoftowercranejib,thematerialdensityissmall,smallexpansioncoefficient,highstrength,highperformancematerialsforfutureusesimilarmanufacturingtowercraneboomwillbecomethedevelopmenttrendofresearch.Selectionofnewmaterialstoimprovetheworkefficiencyandperformanceoftowercrane,sothestudyoftowercranetochoosematerialneedsattention.Atthesametimeoftowercranemanufacturingprocessingtechnologyresearchalsoneedattention.Abroadinrecentyears,thedevelopmentofFlattypetowercranewidelyattention,Flatheadtowercrane(hereinafterreferredtoas"Flat"towercrane),alsoknownasFlathead(FlatToptowercrane,itscharacteristicisliftingbeam,becomeanorganicwholerepeatedlywithbalancearmandpullrodoftowerhead,upper
