正极板浸渍工艺全程PLC电子编程控制，保证每一块极板浸渍时间均衡一致，使得蓄电池质量更统一。

蓄电池内循环式内化成工艺避免环境污染同时还大大减小了因为化成带来的蓄电池间的接受充电电流大小的差异。

先进的装配工艺保证了正负极板处于相对平行状态。

正极板：

采用特殊导电的低锑合金压铸成型，具有更好的耐腐蚀性。

纯铅粉灌注均匀环保，保证了适度的灌粉密实度，增强了电池性能的稳定性和安全性。

负极板：

采用特殊砂型膏体配方，国外先进合膏工艺及设备保证了涂实密度适中均衡，提高了活性物质利用率，从而在更长时间内实现持久的电池性能。

膏体中的特有助剂进一步加强了电化学性能，增加了电池的容量。

隔板：

采用世界知名公司的工业电池专用PE筒形隔板，保证电解液通道的持久通畅，有效防止正负极之间发生铅绒短路，最大程度减少放电瞬间产生的电解液浓度差，使蓄电池反复充放电也能维持卓越的耐久性能。

三级式浮标液孔塞：

注水口顶部橙色浮标分为三级，清楚的显示液位过低还是过高，弥补了传统浮标液孔塞只能显示液位过低的不足，更好的避免了因加液过多导致溢液等事情的发生。

人性化清洗放水孔：

蓄电池侧下方设置小孔，一改传统用软管吸出清洗蓄电池铁箱内积水的方式，让维护更为方便。
