　　ArticleIIAmountofDonation第二条捐赠金额

　　Donorshallsetupscholarship,withtheannualamountofRMBSixtyThousandYuanandthetermfordonationshallbeSixYears.Asfortheannualdonatingamount,Thirty-eightThousandYuanisusedforscholarshipdistribution,TenThousandYuanforscholarshipmanagementandTwelveThousandYuanforsampleproductsandtrainingmaterialoflightningandsurgeprotectionprovidedbyDonortoDonee.TheexpensefortrainingmaterialandsampleproductsthereofistheupperlimitandDonorhastherighttomakecorrespondingadjustmentbasedonthecompany’soperationandmanagement.

　　赠予方设立奖学金，金额为每年人民币陆万元，捐赠年限为六年。

每年的捐赠金额中，叁万捌千元用于将学金发放，壹万元用于奖学金的管理费用，壹万贰千元用于赠予方向受赠方提供的防雷和电涌保护产品样品和培训资料费用。

其中，产品样品和培训资料的费用部分的金额为上限值，赠予方有权根据企业经营状况进行相应调整。

　　ArticleIVScholarshipManagementandDistribution第四条奖学金管理与发放

　　Whilesettingupscholarship,DonorandDoneeshalljointlyconstitutescholarshipmanagementcommitteewhichisresponsibleforscholarshipmanagementanddistributionaswellasevaluatingandinterviewingthecorrespondingcandidates.Thescholarshipmanagementcommitteeconsistsof2membersfromDonorand4membersfromDonee.

　　在奖学金设立的同时，由赠予方与受赠方共同组成奖学金管理委员会，委员会负责对奖学金进行管理和发放，并负责对相应的候选人进行考评和面试工作。

奖学金管理委员会由2名赠予方人员与6-8名受赠方人员组成。

　　Therestmanagementexpensesafterdistributingthescholarshipshallbestilldepositedinthededicatedscholarshipaccountandautomaticallytransferredintothescholarshipforthenextyear,takingasthescholarshipmanagementexpensesofthenextyear.

　　每次奖学金发放后剩余的管理费用仍存人奖学金专门账户，自动转入下一年度的奖学金，作为下一年度的奖学金管理费用。

　　2．Beinghonestandtrustworthywithexcellentmoralcharacter,andhavingneverbeenpunishedforschooldisciplineviolation;besides,thecomprehensiveperformanceintegratingmorality,intelligenceandphysiqueshallconformtothescholarshipgradeevaluationandthemoralityassessmentshallbe85scoresabove.诚实守信，道德品质优良，学年内未受任何校纪处分；德、智、体综合表现符合等级奖学金评定条件，德育考核成绩达到85分以上。

　　3.Excellentacademicrecord.Theacademicrecordoftheundergraduatesshallranktop20%ofallthestudentsinthecollege;whereasthepostgraduatesshallpublishthethesiswithhigherquality;

　　学习成绩优秀，其中本科生学习成绩须列全院（系）前20%，研究生须有质量较高的论文发表；

　　4.Theacademicrecordsofthestudentsparticipatinginscholarshipevaluationconsistoftheacademicscoresandpracticalperformance,requiringthestudentstobeexcellentinsocialpractice,innovationcapacityandcomprehensivequality.参与评奖学生的成绩考核由学习成绩与实践成绩共同构成，要求学生有较强的社会实践和创新能力，且综合素质特别突出。

　　Thetotalscoreofscholarshipevaluationconsistsofthecomprehensivescoreoftheschoolandthestudent’spracticeperformance.

　　评比的总成绩由学科综合成绩与学生具体实践所组成（即学生适评学年学科综合成绩×60％＋学生实践成绩×40％）。

　　积极参与雷电、电子相关的创新实验室的相关实践活动（占学生实践成绩的10%）。

　　连续两年在雷电专业相关单位实习，且实习时间累计不得少于7天（占学生实践成绩的10%）。
