三年级大部分学生具备较扎实的基础知识。
对即将学习的课文能进行预习,
课上能结合学习过的内容进行简单的讨论。
大部分学生对于英语学习有兴趣,乐于参与课堂活动，具有一定的表达能力。
三、 教材分析
本教材为外研社版新标准英语（三年级起始用）三年级上册第六模块。
本课教学设计是Module6Unit1Happybirthday!
本模块第一单元中Sam的生日。
Daming和MsSmart还有其他朋友给他赠送生日礼物，庆祝其生日。
第二单元讨论关于年龄多大了。
四、 教学目标（知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观）
1、 通过创设情境学生能听懂、认读单词：
happy,birthday,here（here’s）,cake,present和句子Happybirthday!
Here’syourpresent.Thankyou.
2、 通过本课的学习和练习环节的拓展活动，学生能用英语祝贺他人生日快乐和赠送礼物，提高语言运用能力。
3、 通过对课文的学习，学生在祝贺他人生日快乐和交流的过程中增进友谊。
五、 教学重难点
认读新单词和present的发音。
六、 教学策略
1、任务驱动法：
老师课前布置学习任务，让每个学生给朋友准
备生日礼物，4人一组讨论给朋友送什么礼物，然后上台展示。
2、 情景教学法：
看图用所学句型实际练习；
3、 练习法：
通过随堂测验，提问及时了解学生掌握情况。
