高位消防水箱用于储存消防用水，水箱为方形平底封闭贮箱，箱体顶部焊一圈加强筋，箱内作加强处理；配就地显示液位计；顶部开人孔并加盖板，同时配置箱内爬梯。

技术要求：

●高位消防水箱为SS304不锈钢材质焊接的方形水箱。

分片交货；需在国内开料、打坡口（按标准）、成型、涂底漆，分类包装，分片规格按设备制造图的规定进行。

●高位消防水箱本体上设人孔一个，并配扶梯；

●液位计选用玻璃管就地显示液位计；

●本体设有下列接口：

进水、溢流、出水、呼吸、排污及备用接口。

工作原理：

贮存消防用水，高位消防水箱指符合规范要求的静压满足最不利点消火栓水压的水箱，利用重力自流供水，设置在建筑的最高处，静压不能满足最不利点消火栓水压时，应设增压稳压设施。

临时高压消防给水系统必须设置消防水箱，系统平时仅能满足消防水压而不能保证消防用水量。

发生火灾时，通过启动消防水泵提供灭火用水量。

4.设备的安装和调试

基础可采用混凝土条形梁，或工字钢。

组合式不锈钢水箱顶部对角设有透气空气过滤装置，规格和数量根据进口尺寸大小由用户确定装置。

组合式不锈钢水箱内部均使用拉筋。

各管口法兰均为1.0MPa标准法兰。

在布置组合式不锈钢水箱位置时，应参照GB17051-1997二次供水设施卫生规范。

组合式不锈钢水箱规格技术参数或方位与实际使用不适合时，由不锈钢水箱设计人员按实际需要提出确定。

5.操作和使用

设备在投入使用前，应清理内部污物，除去水箱表面的毛刺防止员工在操作时刮伤，设备在使用前，安装单位应检查所有联接螺栓的紧固情况确保连接合适，牢固，待管道连接好后一起做严密性试验。

6.维护保养与故障排除

6.1设备的维护和保养

6.1.1日常维护和保养

每天检查高位消防水箱周围管路的密封性，若有出现泄漏现象应及时修补。

6.1.2定期维护和保养

每月应检查安全阀是否灵活、畅通。

检查罐身是否有腐蚀、破损并及时修补。

检查螺丝是否松动和失效。

每年检查焊缝是否牢固、密封圈是否老化。

每年对罐体油漆一遍做防锈处理。

6.2设备常见故障及处理办法

6.2.1机械元、部件常见故障

阀门故障和排除方法：

1）阀杆转动不灵

原因：

1、填料压得过紧。

2、阀杆与其他配合不为的损伤或积有污物。

3、开关次数过多。

排除方法：

1、松动阀杆螺母重新调整。

2、拆开修整及清除污物。

3、拆开清晰排除污物。

2）阀座与阀体之间有渗漏

原因：

1、预紧力不够。

2、密封面有损伤或者污物。

3、密封面变形或者失效。

排除方法：

1、增加预紧力。

2、修整或者研磨密封面并清除污物。

3、更换密封圈。

3）结合部xx处漏液

原因：

1、结合部xx螺栓松动。

2、结合部垫片损坏或失效。

排除方法：

1、拧紧螺栓。

2、更换结合部垫片。

Dailycheckofhighfirewatertanksurroundingpipelinesealing,ifthereisleakagephenomenonshouldberepairedinatimelymanner.

6.1.2regularmaintenanceandmaintenance

Everymonthshouldcheckthesafetyvalveisflexibleandopen.Checkwhetherthereisbodycorrosion,damageandrepairintime.Checkwhetherthescrewislooseandfailure.Annualinspectionofweldisrigid,sealingringisaging.Everyyeartodoantirustprocessingtankpaintagain.

Valvefailureandeliminationmethod:

1）steminirons

Reason:

1,tootightlyonthepacking.2,thevalvestemandcooperatetobenottodamageorotherproductwithdirt.3,switchtoomanytimes.Method:

1,loosenstemnuttoadjust.2,openrepairandremovedirt.3,clearopendrainage.

2）thereisleakagebetweenseatandbody

Reason:

1,thepre-tighteningforceisnotenough.2,thesealingsurfacedamageordirt.3,sealingsurfacedeformationorfailure.

Method:

1,increasepre-tighteningforce.2,naporgroundsealingsurfaceandremovedirt.3,replacethesealring.

3）theintegrationoftheflangeleakage

Reason:

1,theintegrationofflangeboltisloose.2,integrationofgasketdamageorfailure.

Method:

1,screwdownthebolt.2,theintegrationofareplacementgasket.
