设计意图

Thisperiodisthelastpartofthisunit.Theaimofitistohelpstudentsgetabasicknowledgeofgrammarinthisunit.Theemphasisismainlyfocusedontheunderstandingandusageofwordformation.Therefore,teachersshouldcreaterelativelyrealcontexttopresentenoughwordsforstudentstodrawaconclusionabouttherulesofhowtousewordformationtoextendboththeiractiveandpassivevocabulary.Meanwhile,teachersshouldnotspendtoomuchtimeinexplainingthegrammarbutoffermoreopportunitiestostudentstopracticethiskindofgrammar.Thebestwaytolearngrammaristoputitintopractice.Inaddition,theexercisesdesignedoughttobesimpleandeasy,whichfitsthestudents’cognitiverulesandenhancestheirability.

教学重点

Enablestudentstogetfamiliarwithhowtousewordformationtoenlargetheirvocabulary,andinthetimetoimprovetheirreadingability.
