Manypeoplearestudyinghowtokeepmentalhealthnowadays,whichisnecessaryofcourse.Actuallytherearealotofwaystokeepmentalhealth.Butinmyopinion,firstofallistookeepmoodssteady.Youknowtherearetoomanyreasonstomakeusloseourtempersinreality.espciallypeoplecannotcontrolthemselvesforanger,worry,overthinking,sadnessandsoonandsoforth.Basedonmanyreportsaboutmoods,weknowthatisverybadforourhealth.wehavetomanagetostopthem.oneofthemostvalidmethodsistochangeourminds.Icangiveanexample,forinstance,youcomebackhomefromwork,youfindyourwifeiswatchingtvandhasntcookedforthefamily,maybeyouwannatobehittheceilingatonce,butkeepslowplease.youcansignyourselffirstthisway:

BEIJING-Morethan60percentofinvestorsinthestockmarketinChinasaytheyregularlyexperiencenegativemoods,accordingtoarecenthealthsurvey.
OnWednesday,theChineseMedicalDoctorAssociation,theChineseHospitalAssociation,theBeijingHealthMaintenanceOrganizationandtheCimingCheckupCompanyjointlyreleasedtheresultsofasurveybasedonthepollingof376,750stockmarketinvestorsontheChinesemainland.ThesurveywasconductedbetweenOctober2010andFebruary2011.
Some61.3percentofrespondentssaidtheyfeltnegativemoodswhile11percentexperiencedfatigue,9.3percentwereirritableand8.9percentcouldnotshakeafeelingofdisinterestinlife.
Amongthosewhohadproblemsformorethan10daysinamonth,12.7percentsaidtheyweresufferingfromextremepressure,8.9percentsaidtheyhadcutdowntheircommunicationswithothers,8.1percentfeltmentalstress,5.7percentsensedisolationand1.7percenthadcontemplatedsuicide.
"Thestockmarketisunpredictable,soinvestorsneedtofindwaystodealwiththeupsanddownsandattachimportancetotheirhealth,"saidHanXiaohong,presidentoftheCimingCheckupCompany,whoheadedtheresearchteam.
Nearly30percentofrespondentssaidtheyspentbetweenfiveandeighthoursadayinfrontofcomputerstryingtofindwaystowinonthemarkets.Some30.3percentfollowedthestockmarketforthreetofivehoursadayand17.8percentspentlessthanthreehoursonthetask.
Asaresultofusingcomputersforlongperiods,22.2percentfeltpainintheirnecksandshouldersand20.9percentsaidtheactivityharmedtheireyes.
Manyofthestockmarketplayershadhealthconditions.Some16.8percenthadcervicaldisease,13.8percentsufferedfromfattylivers,10.9percentwereobeseand4.4percenthadmentaldisorders.

INTRODUCTION
MembersofHUGhaveoftentalkedaboutphysicalhealthandmentalhealthandtheneedtolookatthetwoissuestogether.Thisisduetothefactthatsometimesourmembershaveexpressedconcernthattheirphysicalillnessesarenotacknowledged,sometimesbecauseoneaffectstheother(andisnotalwayspickedupon)andsometimesbecauseweknowthatphysicalexerciseandfitnesshasagoodeffectonourmentalhealthandwellbeing.
In2007anumberofHUGmembersseparatelyaskedustolookatthistopicinoneoftheroundsofHUGmeetingswherewemeetinourbranchesacrosstheHighlands.Asusualwemetthroughoutournetworkandheldinformaldiscussionsguidedbyaseriesofpromptquestionstostimulatedebate.Thesemeetingswereallwrittenupandthenotesprovidedthebasisforthisreport,whichhasinturnbeenapprovedbytheHUGRoundTablecommittee.
