Abstract
TheimportanceofactivelyimprovingoralEnglishskillsforEnglishlearnerscannotbestressedenough.Inordertobeacceptedintoyourworkenvironmentorclassroom,youmusthavereachedaminimumlevelofproficiencyinEnglish.However,firstofall,asanEnglishlearner,youareexpectedtoopenyourmouthandsayeverythingyouwanttoexpress.DevelopingexcellentoralEnglishskillsasearlyaspossiblewillallowyoutoeffectivelyshareideaswithotherpeople.ItwillalsomakeyoumoreeffectiveinconveyingyourideastopeoplearoundyouwhouseEnglishasnativelanguageorasecond,intheformofwell-writtenpapers,convincingpresentations,andengagingpersonalconversations.
