面我代表信管1201班委进行工作总结。
班级的基本建设情况在之前的风采展示和答辩中已有说明。
今天我们着重根据班内出现的一些问题讲一些自己的心得体会。
班级活动方面：
班级活动班委要积极参加，比如上学期开始的辩论赛，由于我和班长一直在忙关于团课的事以及其他事，并没有太关注，所以，整个辩论赛的从前期准备到真正比赛都是由班里的辩手独自完成的，所以最后成果不是很好。
组织活动要计划周全。
比如开学话剧表演、还有元旦日租房活动，由于只计划了前半夜，而后半夜计划不是很周全，导致到零点以后大家没什么可玩的，基本上都是睡觉或是玩手机，这样很容易使大家对班级活动丧失信心与兴趣。
还有就是春游，正是由于一直没有周详的计划也没写好策划书，所以一直都没进行。
学习方面：
要考虑到班里每个同学学习上不同需求和习惯，不能一概而论，也不能以偏概全，认为比较适合一两个同学就一定会适合所有同学。
比如上学期高数课上占座，以为大家的积极性能提高，但实际不然，可能有些同学就是习惯坐在后面，这样效率才高，要是让他坐在第一排，反而影响学习。
还有组织集体晚自习，因为有些同学的高效的学习时间和习惯可能有差异，所以即便是统一自习了，效果可能也不是很理想。
基于这种现象，本学期实行了有弹性的自习，同学们可以根据自己的实际情况有选择地上自习，既不耽误时间，又不影响效率。
班委要带头营造良好的学风。
班委工作：
懂得理解是前提，还要做到耐心沟通，真心付出，只有理解同学了，同学才能理解你，耐心沟通才能知道他们的真实想法，有利于班级工作的开展，而且要相信只要我们真心付出了，同学们就看在了眼里，一定会有回报的。
在一些班级活动中比如团日活动，一些同学不参加班级活动，团支书与同学谈心，了解他们的想法，耐心沟通，同学们对于班级的活动的积极性提高很多。
还有一点，就是班长支书一定要在获得荣誉时犒劳大家，这样大家不仅增强了集体荣誉感，加深了同学之间的友谊，同时也促进了同学们对班级活动的积极性。
班委工作的开展要靠全体班委的努力，我们班将宿舍长也加入了班委，这样在开展活动时，班内就会有半数以上的同学支持，更利于开展工作
出现问题，不让问题一直留着，而是去积极解决问题，这是信管1201一直坚持的原则.
整个学年，获得12项集体荣誉，20项个人荣誉。
总体来说，班级建设工作开展的较为成功。
进行班级工作总结时，突然回忆起入学时我们大家被选为临时负责人，导员给大家开的第一次回忆，那时大家做的自我介绍，大家所在的班级还没什么区别，如今，大家多了许多沉着，做的是班级介绍，而每个班也有了各不相同的风格。
这一年里，我们在探索中成长，在历练中坚强，在挫折中进步，或许这就是我们收获的。
【篇二】班委学期总结范文 大学生活在我们指尖流过了四分之一。
从天南地北来的三十三个人所组合成的集体，也在一起度过了三百多个日子。
这段时间，有各种感情的调味料充实着，初始的新鲜，出游的新鲜，聚会的开心，球赛的热情，考试的紧张……我们一起分享。
班上的同学是亲密的朋友。
任何时间，任何地点，他们都会让你感动不已。
我依然记得一次下大雨，我打电话到108寝室之后彭中中同学冒雨给我送伞；不和同班同学住一起的汤丹在生日那天收到全班同学签名的生日卡片。
在最平凡的日子，让我最感动，感觉最亲切的，总是他们。
我们班级的活动，同学们也是一直积极出谋划策和热心参加。
开学第一次团会和特团，因为大家都是新手，就算有学长的指导，我们仍然比较茫然。
此时周雨沁同学我为我们解决了这个问题；在“重阳敬老”的节目排练时期更是班级总动员，大家都是自发来一栋讨论哪些节目好，哪些节目合适；文艺委员蒋曼在我们班女生资源少的情况下排出六人舞蹈；而为了最后的大合唱《同一首歌》，全班同学更是一起集中练习了好几个晚上。
今年的森林公园素质拓展和以读书为主体的团会，也是在团支书李玉杰的主持下，彭中中，李柏林，陈颢等同学积极筹办的。
这两次活动同学们的参加热情更高。
特别是平时比较喜欢安静的同学此刻站在大讲台上，风度翩翩，当谈到自己的兴趣所在时，更是口若悬河。
在场的同学因此也享受了一次来自身边的文化大餐。
而素质拓展也让我们在学习紧张之余一起分享快乐与欢笑。
素质拓展时的一个游戏让我很欣慰。
游戏是这样的：
