国有企业党支部年终工作总结20xx年我所党支部在公司领导的正确领导下，以适应新形势、新任务为要求，认真贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会会议精神，把服务公司、建设队伍贯彻党组织活动始终，不断提高党建工作水平，以党建促各项工作的开展，按照高新区党工委20xx党建工作要点的部署，以科学发展观认真落实《高新区开展创先争优实施方案》有关精神，结合公司实际，以“六个起来”主题实践活动为抓手，紧紧围绕加强基层组织建设这个关键，较好地发挥了党组织的政治核心作用，企业党建水平得到全面提升，现将20xx年开展工作的情况总结如下：

一、认真抓好政治理论学习，努力提高**队伍素质。

我所党支部始终将学习作为新形势下加强基层党组织建设一项重

要任务，把加强学习作为提高**自身政治理论水平、增强党性修养、坚定正确的政治方向、创造性地开展好工作的确高度来认识，认真制定学习计划，明确学习目标，使得**政治理论学习取得了很好的成效。

学习中国特色社会主义理论体系，认真做好理论武装工作。

用中国特色社会主义理论科学理论武装**的头脑是党支部的重要任务。

支部能坚持把理论武装工作摆上重要的位置，做到常抓不懈，支部通过召开**大会、职工大会、学习会等各种形式共12次，每次学习都明确学习内容，要求全体**干部职工写好学习笔记，并定期交流学习心得体会，使学习取得了较好的效果。

学习社会主义核心价值体系，保证**在政治上、思想上与党中央保持一致性。

我所党支部把学习和贯彻落实十七届三中、四中全会作为政治学习的主要内容来抓，坚持用科学发展观统一**的思想，利用“七一”党日活动和政治学习日反复组织**学习使广大**及时了解我国、我省和公司战略目标、工作任务等，及大鼓舞了广大**斗志，振奋了精神，以自己的实际行动全面落实好党中央的战略部署，为实现海西跨越发展作出应有的贡献。

建设学习型党组织，提高**的思想政治水平。

我所积极开展学习型党组织的创建活动，把提高职工队伍的思想政治素养、增强队伍的业务水平作为创建工作的重点。

做到每位**每年参加党组织的集体教育活动时间累计不少于12天。

在实施的过程中，一是确定目标，提高思想认识。

为不断提高党素质、充分发挥**的先锋模范作用，加快发展，结合**学习和思想、工作的实际，在实践中我们明确提出了“围绕一个目标”、“形成一个体系”、“建设一支队伍”的建设学习型党组织的目标要求和共同愿景，即：

围绕“三学三比三提高，促进所部新发展”的目标，形成全员学习、工作与学习相互转化、合二为一的体系，建设一支想干事、能干事，干成事的中层干部队伍，培养一批爱岗敬业、业务精湛职工队伍，激发党涡个体学习和投入创建的激情和动力，深入开展学习型党组织的建设；二是开展学习活动，形成创建氛围。

注重加强政治理论学习，有计划、有安排、有落实、有记录地开展了一系列学习活动，党支部通过集中学习、座谈讨论、专题辅导等多种学习形式，按时按计划完成**学习任务；三是注重加强**干部业务知识和业务技能等知识的学习。

充分利用“学习日”时间，组织**干部系统学习了相关业务知识，并对实施过程中存在疑问进行了探讨，提出了原则性与灵活性相结合的办法，保证了业务技能的有效提升，也使干部职工加深了对相关业务的掌握和运用，提高了干部职工的综合能力。

在全所上下形成了人人讲学习，人人参与学习的氛围，至10月，共组织集中教育3场次，受教育**干部职工11人次，覆盖面100%；撰写学习心得11篇，深化学习效果。

积极开展廉政教育，落实党风廉政责任制。

我积极开展廉政征费教育，把廉洁征费，文明征费作为廉政建设教育的重点，把廉政建设教育始终贯穿于工作中，全体**干部实行分级负责，用制度约束行为，用制度规范操作。

我所党支部坚持开展经常性的党风廉政教育，采取召开**大会、职工大会和集中收看电视专题片等方式，以反而典型案例开展警示教育，组织**干部参加公司组织的预防腐败专题报告会和组织**干部38人次收看了专题片，确保了党风廉政教育的经常性，有效增强了党风廉政的法纪观念，筑牢了思想道德防线。

开展党支部的思想政治工作，提高支部工作水平。

我所党支部本着弘扬敬业和拼搏精神结合本所有实际情况，及时了解**的思想状况，建立和落实了思想情况分析、谈心谈话制度，积极探索创新思想政治工作的方式方法，提高思想政治工作的针对性和有效性。

坚持以人为本，注重对**的人文关怀和心理调适，形成“快乐工作，健康生活”的良好氛围。
