一、培养目标
I．EducationalObjectives
本专业培养适应21世纪中国社会主义现代化建设需要的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，专业基础扎实，知识面宽，能力强，富有创新精神，具有现代法治理念的应用型、复合型法律人才。
Theprogramaimstotrainsqualifiedtalentswhohaveall-rounddevelopmentinmorality,intelligence,physique,aestheticsandlabor.Thestudentswillacquiresolidfoundationinlegalspecialty,abroadscopeofknowledge,strongabilities,andspiritofinnovation.Theywillbefamiliarizedwithconceptionofmodernrulingoflaw,andwillbequalifiedupongraduationaspracticalandversatiletalentstomeetthedemandofthesociety.
二、培养要求及特色
II．RequirementandSpecialty
毕业生应获得以下几方面的素质和能力：
1．具有良好的政治素质，高尚的人格和社会责任感。
2．具有扎实的法理基础，系统的法学知识，严谨的法律思维和熟练的法律技能。
3．熟悉法律工作有关的法律、法规。
4．了解法学学科的最新研究成果和发展动态。
5．具有较强的专业判断能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
6．具有系统的计算机知识和应用能力；比较好地掌握一门外国语，具有一定的听、说、读、写能力。

5.havingcomparativelystrongabilitiesoftomakejudgmentinlaw,andbeingcapableofanalyzingandsolvingproblems.
6.havingsystematicalknowledgeincomputerscienceandcomputeroperation;havingagoodcommandofatleastaforeignlanguageinlistening,speaking,readingandwriting.
