Abstract

Withregardtothebuildingandconstructionoffeaturedtowns,the governmenthasissuedaseriesofrelatedpoliciesandmeasures,whichhasenabledtheconstructionofsmalltownstospeeduptheprocess,andhasignitedthepassionofalllocalitiestoattractpeople'strafficandpromotedevelopment.Thegovernmenthasprovidedpolicies,organizations,andeconomicguaranteestocompletetheconstructionoffeaturedtownsassoonaspossible.Thisdesignisalsoanimportantmeasurefortheconstructionofurbanization.Inaddition,theconstructionofthetownwillinevitablyincreasetheoriginalresidentpopulation,andthepopulationexpansionofthetownwillcertainlyplayapositiveroleinthedevelopmentofvariousindustriesandtheeconomyofthetown.Finally,thetourismtownaffirmstheguideforfuturedevelopment.Itisnecessarytouselocalcharacteristicindustries,ecologicallandscapes,etc.toattracttheconsumptionofmigrantstoreachthepointofeconomicgrowth.Therefore,theimplementationofthefivemajordevelopmentactionplansthroughspecificplanninganddesignprogramswillstrivetoimprovequalityandefficiency,revitalizetheeconomy,promotethedevelopmentoftransformationandupgrading,promoteinnovationandentrepreneurship,activelyimplementinnovation-drivendevelopmentstrategies,andpromotethedevelopmentofnewurbanization.

1Introduction

Theworld-renownedandsuccessfultownshavetheirowndistinctiveindustrialcharacteristics.Ontheonehand,thesesmalltownshavetheadvantagesofcharacteristicindustries;ontheotherhand,thegatheringofcharacteristicindustriescanachievedifferentiatedcompetitionforproductsandenrichtheexperienceofconsumers.Intheeraofexperienceeconomy,thevalueofproductsismorediverse.Theentireproduct'sproductionprocesscanalsobeoneofthevalueoftheproduct.Allowingvisitorstoparticipateintheproductionprocessoftheproductwillnotonlyincreasetheproduct'sknowledge,butalsoincreasetheproduct'sinteractionwithpeople,resultingina"privatecustom"effect.Withtheactivationofinnovation,thederivativeproductsofthesesmalltownssurroundingtraditionalspecialindustrieswillfurtherstimulatenewconsumerdemand.
