2.1ProjectManager项目经理
Mainresponsibilitiesofprojectmanager:
Tocarryoutthecontractonbehalfofthecompany,organizeandcoordinateallpartiestorealizetheoverallobjectiveoftheproject,controlcostsandensurethetimelimitandquality.
项目经理的主要职责:
代表公司履行合约,组织并协调各方实现工程项目的总目标,控制成本,保证工期和质量。
(1)Todeterminethecompositionofprojectmanagementorganizationandstaffing,clearresponsibilitiesofrelevantpersonnel.
确定项目管理组织机构的构成并配备人员,明确有关人员的职责。
(2)Superviseandcheckforschedule,quality,safetyetc.
对工程的进度、质量、安全等实施监督、考核。
(3)Presideimportantmeetingsduringimplementationoftheproject,MakeworksummaryeveryweekandreporttoOasysandWoteer.
主持项目实施中的重要会议,进行每周工作总结汇报。
