换P570电源步骤（2011-10-1211:

47）

1.确定在P1-C6/C7位置没有以下设备，否则只能关机换电源，在线换电源不得超过5分钟

FC1800-HSL-2Ports-2Copper

FC1801-HSL-2Ports-2Optical

FC1810-GXDual-port4xHCA

注：

RemoteI/Oexpansioncard（FC1800）

Dual-port4XHostChannelAdapterInfinibandcard（FC1810）

2.如果P570是由HMC管理的，通过HMC（version6以下版本）删除设备，方法如下：

a．在导航区，展开系统环境

b．展开需要更换部件的管理系统

c．展开ServiceApplications

d．选择ServiceFocalPoint

e．在内容部分，选择（RepairServiceableEvent）Install/Add/RemoveHardware

f．在Install/Add/RemoveHardware窗口，点击SystemProcessor.

g．从选择的菜单上，选择RemoveFRU.

h．在Installedenclosuretypes部分，选择systemorexpansionunit来删除部件

i．在可用的FRU类型来选择插槽来删除部件

j．点击Next，电源灯开始闪烁

k．根据指令更换部件

3.如何在AIX系统或者逻辑分区上定位坏的部件

a．以root用户登录AIX系统

b．输入diag

c．从FunctionSelection菜单，选择TaskSelection回车

d．选择DisplayPreviousDiagnosticResults回车

e．从DisplayPreviousDiagnosticResults返回界面上选择DisplayDiagnosticLogSummary，出现DisplayDiagnosticLog，返回内容包含按时间排序的一些事件列表

f．注意T列表的最近的事件，选择后按回车

g．选择Commit，将会详细显示此事件的信息

h．记下事件的位置信息以及相应的SRN号

i．退出到命令行下

4.如果570不是通过HMC管理，更换设备方法如下：

a．以root用户登录AIX系统

b．输入diag

c．从FunctionSelection菜单，选择TaskSelection回车

d．从TaskSelection菜单上选择IdentifyandAttentionIndicators回车

e．从列表上选择故障部件后回车

f．选择Commit，系统故障灯会点亮同时故障部件灯也被点亮（左边P1-E1,右边P1-E2）

g．开始更换电源

h．更换完成后，根据系统提示，退出到命令行下

Youmustdetermineiftherepaircancontinueconcurrently.OpenthebackdooroftheunitcontainingtheFRUthatisbeingrepaired.Tocontinuetherepairconcurrently,thefollowingconditionsmustbetrue

◆AnotherpowersupplymustalreadybeinstalledatlocationE1.ThispowersupplyhasthreeLEDS.TheLEDsmustbesetasfollows:

◆ACInput-on,notblinking

◆DCOutput-on,notblinking

◆Fault/Identify-off

Ifanyoftheseconditionsarenottrue,therepaircancontinueonlyafterpoweringofftheunitcontainingtheFRUthatisbeingrepaired.Iftheunitisalreadypoweredoff,youmayproceedwithanon-concurrentrepair.

Select"Next"tocontinue.

Removethepowersupply

Note:

Twopowersuppliesmustbepresentinthesysteminordertopoweronthesystemunit.Ifonepowersupplyfails,oryouhaveasystemfailurethatdoesnotstopthefans,thesystemwillcontinuetooperate.YoucanremoveandreplacethepowersupplywiththesystempoweronifitisdoneinLESSTHANFIVEMINUTESAfterfiveminutes,thesystemwillpowerdowntopreventthesystemfromoverheating.

1.Openthebackrackdoororcover.

2.Disconnectthepowercablefromthebackupofthepowersupplyyouareservicing.

3.Pullthelockinghandletopullthepowersupplyoutofthepowersupplyby

CAUTION:

Thispartorunitisheavy,buthasaweightsmallerthan18kilograms（39.7pounds）.Usecarewhenlifting.removing,orinstallingthispartorunit（c008）.

Whenyouhavecompletedthesesteps,clickNexttocontinue.

Youmustdetermineifthenewpowersupplyisoperational.ThenewpowersupplyisoperationalifitsLEDsaresetasfollows:

◆ACInput-on,notblinking

◆DCOutput-on,notblinking

◆Fault/Identify-blinkingoroff

IftheLEDsaresetdifferently,youmustdeterminewhy.MakesurethepowersupplyispluggedintoaworkingACpowersource,tryinstallingadifferentpowersupply,orcallyournextlevelofsupport.
