Thiswordhasdifferentmeaningsindifferentcontexts.Asthetitleofthetext,itmeans“abriefsuspensionofactivity;intermissionorbreak.”Theauthorbelievesthatpeopletrytodotoomuchatthesametime,butaccomplishless,andwithlessgoodresults.Shesuggestswe“takeabreak”(time-out)fromsuchoverloading,andtakeatrue,merited“time-out”onlywhenanappropriateamountofthemaintaskhasbeencompleted.
