4.大学生找不到工作
Thesedaysthereisanincreasingtendencyforcollegestudentstohavedifficultiesinfindingidealjobswhentheygraduate.Carefullyweighinginmymind,Ithinkthisphenomenoniscausedbythefollowingreasons.
Inthefirstplace,over-estimatedabilityandlackingofpracticalknowledge,asfarasIamconcerned,arethetwomainreasonsforsomeuniversitystudentswhocannotfindaproperjobwhentheygraduate.Uptonow,somestudentshaveneverclearlyrealizedthatwhatapersonlearnsinuniversityis,tosomeextent,theoreticalknowledgewhichtakestimetoapplytorealityandboastedthemselveswhentheywereinterviewed.Althoughsomeofthemhavemanycertifications,thosearenotequaltopracticalabilityandoperativeskills.Onthecontrary,whenhuntingajob,thosecertificatesmakethestudentsunabletoestimatethemselvesrightly,therefore,theyarelikelytolosesomeopportunities.Anothercrueltyofrealityisthat,manystudentsspendtoomuchtimeonpassingavarietyofexaminationsbutignorethepracticalknowledgewhichsuitsthedemandofthesociety.Thatalsomakesthemfindnoplaceforthemselves.
Meanwhile,thegrowingpopulationandseriousunemploymentsituationmakethesocialcompetitionmuchkeenerthanbefore.Thestudentshavetoacethecurrentsituationthattherearemorelaborsthanwhatareneededinthelaborforcemarket.Andmoreseriously,theyhavetocompetenotonlywiththeirschoolmatesbutwiththeexperiencedworkerswhohavemoreskillsandabilitiesaswell.Thereisclear-cutevidenceshowingthatsomestudentsevenasknosalaryinordertogetajob.Furthermore,somemajors,whichusedtobeingreatdemand,arenolongerneededbytheadvancingsociety.Thefactalsomakesthestudentsfindithardtogetadecentjobinthejobmarket.
