[Abstract]Analysisofaffectingfactorsoftheconstructionlayoutprogramcharacteristicsthatpeoplevalueinidentifyingtheseindicatorsfuzzyconstraintsaredifficulttogiveexactvalues,whiledecision-makingprocesshasbeenoneofpsychological,subjectivewillandtheworkexperienceandotheraspectsinfluencedecision-makingprocessandthereforethereiscertainlyambiguity1,WaterResourcesandHydropowerEngineeringConstructionLayoutFactorsConstructionadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthegenerallayoutscheme,involvingmanyfactors,fromdifferentanglestoevaluatetheevaluationfactorsgenerallyhavetwocategories,qualitativefactors,andquantitativefactorsofaclassQualitativefactorsaremainly:
