Grammar
1.现在进行时的结构
be(am,is,are)+动词的现在分词
否定形式是:
在be动词后加not
疑问句则把be提到主语的前面
例句:
ThestudentsarehavinganEnglishclass.
Mumismakingthebedforme.
Areyoudrawingabird?
Whatareyoutalkingabout?
Theyaren’tplayinginthestreet.
Maryisn’topeningthedoor.Sheisclosingit.
2.动词的现在分词变化规则
1)一般情况下在动词后面加-ing,如watching,kissing,speaking
2)以不发音的e结尾的动词,先去掉e,再加-ing,如writing,giving,closing.
3)以重读闭音节(该音节重读,并且末尾三个字母分别为辅音、原音、元音、辅音)结尾的动词,要先双写末尾字母,再加-ing,如running,beginning,putting.
4)以ie结尾的动词,把ie改为y,再加-ing,如lie—lying,die—dying,tie—tying.
3.现在进行时的用法
1)表示说话时正在发生或进行的动作,此时动作尚未结束。
如:

2)表示现阶段正在进行的动作。
如:
JackislearningFrenchnow.
3)有时可以表示将来即将发生的动作,但是仅限于表示位置移动的动词,如:
come,go,leave,start,fly.

在句子中如有下列表示看、听或时间的词,则一般用现在进行时。
如look,listen,it’ssix,now,atpresent,atthemoment等。
