“Ididn’tcarehowlongittookme,”Joshsaid.“Iwouldraise$100,000.”Withthreeweeksleft,acompanycalledJosh’shouse,offeredtodonate$18,000.Eventually,Joshreachedatotalof$124,000beforehisdeadline.“Themomentumjustkeptgoing,andwedecidedtodomore,”hesaid.“Josh’sPennyHouse”isbeingbuiltbyHabitatforHumanityinthecityofOshawa,alongwith24newtownhouses.Joshhashelpedwithsomeoftheconstruction,ashaveothervolunteers.Hewillchoosethefamilythatmovesintotheunit.
