Introduction

SheratonHotelsandResorts is StarwoodHotelsandResortsWorldwide'slargestandsecondoldestbrand.ThehotelformsofSheratonisdiversified,suchasbusinesshotelandlargeresort,andtheydistributedaroundtheworld.Theoriginsofthebranddatebackto1937when ErnestHenderson and RobertMoore acquiredtheSheratonHotelinSpringfield,Massachusetts.Sheratonbrandhavebeentryingtomaintainahighqualityimage,andthereareoverhalfofSheratonHotelsbeingratedasfive-starbylocalauthoritiesintheworld.

ThisarticleisastudyofHRrelatedaspectsofSheraton.Theresearchcontentinclude:
