Knowledgeoftheproductionofhumanactivitiesandsociallifeofthepracticeandexperience,therearehumanbeings,therehasbeenthegenerationanddisseminationofknowledgealongtime,peopleareconstantlyintheuseofknowledge,createknowledge,butknowledgeoftheimportanceofknowledgeisinsufficient.Insomedevelopingcountries,onlyhalfofthe20thcenturyfromthebeginning,duetotechnologicaladvancesbecomeadecisivefactorineconomicdevelopment,knowledgeoftheincreasinglyprominentrole,begantopayattentiontoit.

In2003,China’spercapitaGDPreached1,000U.S.dollarsasanimportantsymbolofChina’sreformanddevelopmententeredacriticalstage,China’seconomyhasenteredaperiodofrapiddevelopment,HuJintaoofChina’sdevelopmentpresentsacomprehensiveanalysisofthephasecharacteristicswhenthedeeppointedout:

Atthisstage,wearefacedwithfullparticipationineconomicglobalization,newopportunitiesandchallengesfacingtheindustrialization,informatization,urbanization,marketizationandinternationalizationin-depthdevelopmentofthenewsituationandnewtasks.

Inthenewsituationofrapideconomicdevelopment,knowledgerelativetootherfactors,isveryimportant,understandingbusinessrequirementsofknowledgemanagementismoreimportantforpeoplewhoworkinknowledgemanagement,becausethereisnocomprehensiveunderstandingofknowledgemanagement,butalsoKnowledgemanagementdoesnotknowwhattodo,howtomotivatepeopletoparticipate,howtoanalyzebusinessprocessesandmethodstomakethedailyworkofknowledgemanagement,knowledgemanagement,howtomeasuretheresultsachievedsotheoristsisnecessaryforenterpriseknowledgemanagementresearch.
