[Abstract]:

polyvinylchloride(PVC)pasteresinproductionandApplicationduetoitsnumerousadvantages,hasbecomeamajorfieldofstudyonthehotspot.ArticlesfromPVCProductionStatusandApplicationofdepArture,introducingseveralofitscommonlyusedpreparationmethodandspray-dryingtechnology,thekeyoperation;thenacomprehensiveanalysisoftheimpactofPVCintheplasticizermigrationfactorsthatinhibittheintroductionofnano-fillermigrationofnewmethods;andfinallybasedonthenation'scurrentsituation,analyzetheissue,thefuturedevelopmentdirection.

VCpasteresinmoldingwithinexpensiveequipment,processingandmoldsimpleandcheap,canbemadeintospecialshapes,foameasy,thenumberofproductslessheatandcanbesmall,theproductionofmanyvarieties,etc.,soArtificialleather,floorleather,toys,wallpaper,automotiveinteriormaterials,widelyusedinhardproductswithbroadmarketprospects.Therefore,wewillstudyitintheArticlethestatusquo,progressinrespectofApplicationstogiveabriefoverview.

PVCpasteresin(PPVC)isaPVCresininalargeclass,andsuspensionresinsarehighcomparedtodispersionofpowder,pArticlesizerangeisgenerally0.1~2.0μm(suspensionresinparticlesizedistributionisgenerally20~200μm).PVCpasteresinisalawinGermanyin1931,this(IGFarben)plantbegantostudy,andin1937achievedindustrialproduction.PVCpasteresiniscurrentlytheworld'stotalproductioncapacityofabout2milliont/a.Amongthem,WesternEuropeisthelargestmanufacturerofPVCpasteresin,theoutputoftheregion'slargestWesternEuropeancountriesofPVCpasteresinproductioncapacityhasreached70millionto750thousandt/a.IndevelopedcountriesthevastmajorityofPVCpasteresinproductionenterprisesusingethyleneFranceroute,andalargerscale.Fromtheproductionpointofview,hasdevelopedseedemulsionpolymerizationmethod,emulsionpoly-continuousmethod,noseedemulsionpolymerization,micro-suspensionpolymerization,seeds,micro-suspension,emulsionmicro-mixingmethod,etc.;PVCpasteresinindustryinChinastartinthe50's.DomesticPVCpasteresinmanufacturersnearly20,withatotalproductioncapacityofaboutl7.65milliont/a,accountingforatotalproductioncapacityofPVCresin,9.6%.Productionprocessinordertoseedemulsion-based,theotheralso-continuousemulsion,micro-suspensionlaw,thevastmajorityofrawmaterialforthecalciumcarbideroute.AlthoughChinahasintroducedforeignsevenbrandsthecompany's35productiontechnologyofPVCpasteresin,basicallyencompassthecontemporaryworld'sleadingPVCpasteresinproductionmethods,butwiththeworld'sadvancedlevel,therearestillsomegaps.

Theirpreparationmethodsaremainlythefollowing:

1.Emulsion

EmulsionformulationsaremainlyVCM,water,water-solubleinitiatorandemulsifier.Polymerizationofthemixingrequirementsareverystrict,triggeringroleiscarriedoutinaqueoussolution,commonlyusedinitiatoristoowater-solublesulfate.Undernormalcircumstances,thelatexemulsionparticlesizetobesmallerthan0.2μm,inordertoachievethepurposeofincreasinglatexparticlesizewasdevelopedseedemulsionpolymerization,sothatlatexparticlesizewasincreasedtoabout1.0μm.Intheemulsionpolymerization,ifthereisahighpolymerlatexhasbeengeneratedthere,thecontrolratioofmaterialsandconditions,inprinciple,VCMhasbeengeneratedonlyinthelatexpolymerparticlesratherthantheformationofnewparticles;ithasgeneratedahighpolymerlatexlikeseeds,socalled"seedemulsionpolymerization."However,onlyareasonablesizeisnotenough,youmusthavetheappropriateparticlesizedistribution,togetgoodperformanceofthePVCpasteresin.Emulsionpolymerizationisveryimportantintheemulsifier,theinitiatoruseddeterminesthenumberofparticlenumber,andthefinallatexparticlesizeplayedamajorrole.Particularlyduringseedisgeneratedwhenthehightriggerrateandlowconcentrationofemulsifierproduction,cannarrowsizedistributionoflatexparticles.

2.Micro-suspensionmethod

Micro-suspensionpolymerizationsystemwasPVCpasteresinisarelativelynewway,asearlyasthemid-20thcentury,60havebeenindustrialized.Theprocessis:

firstpartoftheVCM(5%)bymechanicalhomogenizationofthemethodforproducingastableemulsion(particlesizeofabout1.0μm),andthenproceedtoaggregate(mustuseoil-solubleinitiator).ProducedbythismethodthemobilityofPVCpasteresinexcellentemulsifierwithlessresinthermalstabilityandwaterresistanceareimproved.Theproductionprocessisrequiredtopayspecialattentiontothefollowingfactors:

selectionofasuitableemulsifierandparticleconditionersystem;polymerizationsystemcomponentshomogenization;stirringspeed;waterandtheappropriateratioofmonomers.

3.Mixingmethod

PVCpasteresinproductionprocessmixingmethodismainlysetemulsionandmicro-suspensionpolymerizationinone,throughoutthereactionprocesstojointhroughtheemulsionaftertheseedsandotheremulsifier,initiator,variousauxiliariesandjoinVCMresponse.HybridmethodwiththeC16andC18straight-chainalcoholsmixedwithsodiumdodecylsulfate,orthecompositionoflauricacidamineemulsifiertoformmicro-emulsionpolymerizationcarriedoutmainlyinthemicro-droplets.Aftertheseedemulsionpolymerizationbyaddingabimodaldistributionoftheentireparticlesize.

PVCpasteresinhasbeenwidelyusedinartificialleather,impregnatedgloves,wallpaper,adhesives,automotivesealingmaterial,steelcoatings,paints,footwearandotheradvancedApplications.Itisestimatedthatin2000theworld'stotalconsumptionofPVCpasteresinmarket,about1.66milliont/a.InChina,PVCmaterials,therearetwogoodapplicationresults:

1,Plasticdropcottonproducts.ThisprocessmadeofcottonthroughthePlasticdropplasticproductsinChinaarenewtechnologyproducts,itisbasedonavarietyofknittedfabriccottonandvariousblendsasrawmaterialsinitssurface,dropsofwhiteorcolorPVCsmallparticles,thesesmallparticlesintothehemisphericalsurfaceoftheclothuniformlydistributedaccordingtoplum-shaped,andplasticsintoproducts.Thiscottonfabrichasexcellentwear-resistantplastic,non-slip,heatinsulation,insulationandperspireallovertheperformanceofglovesmadeofamorepopulartrendintoday'sworld,allkindsofknitting,nylon,canvasandworkglovesgenerationproduct.2,usedintheautomotiveindustry.AutomotivePlasticshasenteredahigherintensity,quality,thesecondgenerationoflightermaterials.TheuseofPVCpasteresinplasticizedpastepreparedbytheslush,rotationmolding,dipmoldingandotherprocessescanbemadebyhandcarseat,instrumentpanelskin,skin,andsothesteeringwheelcardecorationpieces,whicharereproducedinexquisitedecorativepiecescanbeThediesurfacepatternsandconfigurations,haveexcellentheatresistance,impactresistance,tear-resistant,butalsogivesthefeelandappearanceofasenseofnaturalharmony.
