大学期间，肥胖对我的影响很大。

首先，肥胖对于身体的负担加重，健康问题每况愈下。

其次，肥胖使人懒惰，对于学习以及运动，越来越不上心。

最后，肥胖使我的自信心越来越不足，面对挑战，总是怯懦。

为了改善这个问题，我每天抽出2小时去健身，严格遵守指定的计划去完成，控制饮食，最后成功将体重减下来。

但是，通过一起准备留学朋友的指导，外加自己战胜它的决心，终于有了一定的进步，在此基础上，勤加苦练才有了现在较好的英语水平。

最为班级组织委员，组织先进带后进活动，每个学习成绩较好，较主动的同学带动一个学校成绩有问题的同学，严格监督他的上自习以及作业和问题解决的情况。

对于这项举措，结果很令人满意，大部分挂科同学，通过此次活动学习都大有改善，脱离了挂科的苦海。

我认为此次活动不仅促进了学习成绩的提高，而且对于同学间的感情交流以及团结程度也有提高的作用。
