现将上月的工作作以下总结:

电子行业是一个飞速发展的行业,电子技术更是发展得日新月异,因此需加强理论学习,拓展知识领域,进行知识更新,加强在应用中的实际解决问题的能力。

从工作量来看这个月完成相对来说比较少,这也体现了能力方面的欠缺,作为一名合格的员工应该具备高质量,高效率,在规定的时间完成所接受的工作任务,而自己却在这些方面都未能达到公司所需的要求,从工作质量看自己没能兼顾团队协作的工作方式,样品制作时仓库,维修室,办公室,售后跟进缺少一个完整的,系统的沟通流程。

造成前后不连贯,从而引起跟进不及时,客户的要求不能及时实施,从工作效率看自己的沟通能力有待提高,行事不够果断,每当完成工作后不能马上与相关同事沟通,造成时机的延误或人力的浪费,与客户沟通的主动性不够,自己在工作任务时间紧和压力大的情况下完成的任务质量不是很高。

容易忘记事情,造成时间延误。

对突发性事件的警觉性不够以及考虑事情的广度有待提高。

由于经验不足而导致问题解决效果不好。

总之态度决定一个人的主观能动性,决定着工作的质量与效率,基于以上几点,这主要是没能端正态度的原因,在今后的工作中,我决心积极主动保质保量的完成工作任务,同时希望各领导予以指导监督。

在新的一个月里除原本的工作职责内的事情之外,将完成以下工作:

随着公司不断扩大,规范,完善,可以预料我们的工作将更加繁重,要求也将更高,需掌握的知识需更广,为此,我将更加勤奋学习,提高自身各项素质和技能,适应公司发展要求。
