从工作量来看这个月完成相对来说比较少，这也体现了能力方面的欠缺，作为一名合格的员工应该具备高质量，高效率，在规定的时间完成所接受的工作任务，而自己却在这些方面都未能达到公司所需的要求，从工作质量看自己没能兼顾团队协作的工作方式，样品制作时仓库，维修室，办公室，售后跟进缺少一个完整的，系统的沟通流程。

造成前后不连贯，从而引起跟进不及时，客户的要求不能及时实施，从工作效率看自己的沟通能力有待提高，行事不够果断，每当完成工作后不能马上与相关同事沟通，造成时机的延误或人力的浪费，与客户沟通的主动性不够，自己在工作任务时间紧和压力大的情况下完成的任务质量不是很高。

容易忘记事情，造成时间延误。

对突发性事件的警觉性不够以及考虑事情的广度有待提高。

由于经验不足而导致问题解决效果不好。

总之态度决定一个人的主观能动性，决定着工作的质量与效率，基于以上几点，这主要是没能端正态度的原因，在今后的工作中，我决心积极主动保质保量的完成工作任务，同时希望各领导予以指导监督。
